We have had the loveliest post-christmas dinner at Sonnenberg yesterday.
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and the dinner was a culinary dream come true.
We all took the Menü and it was amazing: king crab with chia seeds and avocado, veal tartar, balik salmon tartar with cauliflower pannacotta and shiitake cream, lobster cream soup, the beef filet with truffle crust and the dreamy Weihnachtsstollen parfait.
We will make it a regular Christmas thing but I can’t wait to go back soon again!
