Cozy and informal. Friendly young personnel. the place is always full with young, successful and beautiful people. The food is modern: no molecular cooking here but fresh fish, vegetables and meat, served with a little sauce and just a few other ingredients. Super fresh oysters, seared fish with dried fennelbulb, fermented beans to accompany another piece of fish and a superb flank steak.
This is one of the few places in Nijmegen where you can try a lot of natural wines and oranges wines. Ask the staff about it; they are very eager to tell the story behind the wines. A good place for wine-lovers who like to experience something new.
