Hotel is Nice and clean and most of the staff are politi and frendly. Roms have a fine size but beds are small with no option to have a large bed when you are a tall person. You are able to get a desent fast meal but no gourmant experiance. You are able to get a fine variaty og Great beers in the bar but be prepared for fast and abrubt closure of the bar at 11pm.
There is supposed to be fitness facility but they are extremly poor and stoved away under a staircase.

This hotel, located just out of town, has a modern look. The ground floor area reflects well the young atmosphere. The same type of decoration is present in the rooms but the industrial style flows over in worn out as carpets are stained and metals have changed color. The hot water installation doesn't seem to cope with a full hotel. Breakfast was very good. Over all quite expensive for what was offered.

The hotel is situated some 10 minutes from downtown centre. The hotel has a shuttle service. Did not try it.

We stayed in a executive room on the seventh floor. This meant that we could park in a designated area and had a very nice view. Not sure if the room was different compared to a standard room.

We received a king sized bed with only one duvet. I stayed with my son who is nine years old so it worked out but I would prefer two seperate duvets. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was no minibar but a small and old refrigerator in the room, which was unplugged by arrival. It worked ok after a while though. There was a complimentary waterbottle in the room. A bar at the reception area sells beer and some limited selection of wines. Not any red wine when I asked.

The bathroom was nice and looked quite new and had a bath tub. The normal bathroom amenties in place. Free use off bathrobes and slippers. No ironer/ironboard in room.

The outside temperature was over 30C on our arrival so the room was very hot! We where not able to get the temperature down as much as we wished for. If opening the window, the AC stopped so it was not easy to figure out how the decrease the temperature. The information booklet stated that the AC system could lower the room temprature by 3 degrees, not to much help if it was 30 degrees on arrival. It was nice to have a cold shower in the morning to cool down.

The hotel was packed with guests, like us, attending the F1 Belgian Grand Prix, at Spa, which meant a quite crowded check in area as a bus arrived at the same time. The front desk was a bit stressed and I asked some simple questions about the local area but they remained unanswered as the employee just rushed away. Even at check out 7.15 sunday morning I didnt felt that staff was as attentive, as they could have been.

We did not try the restaurant or the breakfast. The free wifi worked fine

Be aware that you have to pay an additional €13 city tax to your bill on departure.

This was a leisure trip. In average I spend 50 to 60 nights at some 35-40 hotels each year, many of them five stars, so thats my basis of comparison.

We liked our stay in this hotel. Visiting the city by car this hotel is convenient, there is enough parking place and they are very relaxed in allowing to keep your car parked also on the day that you leave. Walking to the centre is about 15-20 minutes but there is also a bus around the corner so this is very convenient for a city trip.
The staff was very friendly, service at the desk was quick and the room was clean and neat and spacious. We slept very well in the big bed and the breakfast on Sunday morning was of good quality and quantity (enough choice bu not too many different things). Overall a very pleasant stay.

Room tip: Views are not that interesting here but the back (facing the lake and high way is better then the front, were you face other buildings).
