IMO not really a sushi or Japanese restaurant, although they do both styles of food , but they also do dishes that are Japanese influenced but not sushi, and other dishes that are influenced by other Asian cuisines like Cantonese and sate with peanut sauce. Think of it more as a cross between an Asian buffet restaurant and a tapas restaurant. So we went for the all inclusive menu at around 23 euros a head plus drinks. For that price you can order from over 100 dishes and you can order up to 5 dishes at a time per person, and then order again, and again, up to 5 times over, so potentially you could order and eat up to 25 dishes per head! You won’t of course, because you’ll be full after 3 or maybe 4 rounds. Don’t be tempted to over order and just leave dishes as they will charge for uneaten food. Food is of a reasonable standard for the price, service is friendly and attentive, and if you take your time ordering and eating this can be a lovely relaxed evening out with family or friends, just like sharing tapas in Spain. It’s great value for money and I would definitely go again when in Roermond.
