Description: The Teppan-chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table: a la minute cooking with Japanese precision. The contemporary Japanese interior, inspired by the elements of stone, wood, water and fire, is an oasis of tranquillity. The teppanyaki griddles are large enough for seven to ten guests and are ideal for both business and celebratory dinners. Sazanka is open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 daily. Lunch can be prepared for a minimum group size of 10 people and must be booked in advance.

In the restaurant you are placed around the grill, that is a hot plate where the cook prepares the food. The staff is friendly and the service great. When you are up to 8 people you can be places at the same table, but it's a little bit hard to speak with all in the way you are placed. Are you 2 people you will be placed by a grill where there are other people but take it as an experience. It's truly worth a try. The food is Japanese but in an European way, so don't be afraid of the spices - you have to spice up by yourself and you have a variety of spices to choose between. Hot, garlic and more. The price level is fair.

I have been several times in there. To me its an amazing experience.
The food and drinks are extraordinary. The staff very friendly and looking after you.
Nothing is to much for them. They make sure you have an amazing time.
But no matter what , you need a good filled wallet.
Its expensive but worth it.

I love Japanese food and I love the service which tends to come with Michelin star restaurants. And Sazanka has both at perfection.
The Teppanayaki concept might be bit unusual, but the whole experience of watching the chef execute the dish is fantastic. And the little admiration you can give to your cut of wagyu beef is just an icing on the cake.
The dinner here is designed as a full experience, so budget enough time. At the same time as everything moved with a mellow pace, I felt like I could fully enjoy the dishes without feeling stuffed.
We went for the seasonal menu, with the waguy option. I have hard time deciding which part of the menu was the best to be honest, everything was done with perfection. The beef was of course fantastic, then so was the sirloin steak with duck liver. I really appreciated the fresh dessert at the end. Matcha ice cream is amongst my favorites any time.
The sake pairing was quite interesting, albeit I'm not a sake connoisseur... I learned a lot.
Would go again!

Oke let’s start with the Michelin star rating, hmm maybe a little to much in my opinion, it’s nice but the food is just pretty oke, I just came from Komodo Miami and could notice the difference. The Hotel is great and normally I prefer the al al cart area. The tepanyki nice but a Michelin star!! NO WaY!!! Staff was really friendly.
