We arrived in town at lunchtime on a Sunday and the walk from the car park was quite lengthy. When we arrived in the commercial centre we discovered restaurant after restaurant full. This forced us to walk even further along the esplanade and we were rewarded to discover Le Pompadour which unlike the earlier venues was virtually empty. It would seem the lack of patrons was because the many earlier restaurants took the clients. Let me tell the reader - walk the extra distance and you will discover more than a fast food joint but with reasonably priced good quality food.
