Every year we return to Brussels and every time we came to this small place to taste the best of Belgium: fresh oysters and smoked fish.
We returned this year in september and we could not find the place, we strolled again and again but...disapeared.
Asked about it in another store and was told that it closed .
We are so sorry! At very reasonable prices, right in the center of the city, in such a beautifull gallery it was like an oasis of tranquility, tasting an oyster with a glass of wine.
We will continue to remember ...

This is a very small bar seating not more than ten but the quality of the food is outstanding. Several types of oyster are available plus a glass of wine or champagne. J The proprietor definitely know his oysters. It's a good place for a pit-stop during a shopping expedition, a starter before going on somewhere else, or just a reminder that there are some really good things in life. I have a been there twice and will definitely visit it again.

This is a small hole in the wall place. It's not a restaurant. It's not a place to come and chill out but to indulge the senses in experiencing top quality oysters. Order an assortment of large and medium and a bottle of Chablis. You will forget everything. Your mind will be focused on the sensual delight of the female form!
The crab toast is also very good.

I stopped there recently for a quick snack and was pleased. The place is small and simple and the menu limited but if you're in the mood for some oysters on the half shell, you will enjoy. Price range of 15-17 Euro for 6 oysters which isn't unexpected for Brussels (I would be appalled if I was still living in Louisiana where I could get a dozen for under $5!) They also have champagne, white and red wine. Also some toast offerings with fois gras among others.

An institution in Passage du Nord. Good local oysters and fair prices. Not for dining but nice for a quick appetizer or a savoury lunch break.
