As other reviewers say, this hotel location is very convenient to visit downtown Brussels, we walked everywhere, the Central Station is just a cross the street and there are lots of restaurants, and places to visit around the hotel.

Solid Hilton experience. Efficient checkin, nice room and generally polite and efficient staff. Breakfast experience was especially good, nice food, very polite staff and a very clean, well presented dining room. The breakfast experience is very well managed. The only negative was the bar, they started clearing up and closing down tables 1 hour and 20 minutes before they were due to close even though they were still half full. Service very average in the bar. That said overall a positive experience.

We stayed at this Hilton for two nights and offer the following:
- Excellent location across from the Central Station and easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions.
- Hilton quality spacious room with great mattress and pillows, nice bathroom with standard toilettries.
- Executive lounge is small but comfortable. Limited nighttime snacks with alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages on offer.
- Breakfast buffet is good qulity but limited offeriings - the same every day - no omlette or smoked salmon.

Update: I emailed Hilton customer service and the CEO my review and they were very apologetic and polite, said they would address the issues we had, and issued me points I can use for a future hotel. As a result I’m updating my review from 1 to 3 stars as I do appreciate their response.

My friend and I were very much looking forward to our stay at this hotel and had good expectations as we are familiar with Hilton hotels in the United States. Upon arrival, the lobby looked beautiful and we were looking forward to a good night’s sleep. When we started to walk through the lobby to our rooms we noticed a foul bathroom like smell on our way to the elevators and that the lobby was very hot. When we got to our room the accommodations looked nice but our room was about 90 degrees (outside was high 40s - so why was our room so hot??). We attempted to put on the fan, but not much air was coming out. When we returned to the lobby before venturing out for some fresh air, we asked for help with our room. The woman at the front desk was very rude and said they do not allow guests to use the AC or fans at this time of year. We opened our windows and hoped for the best. Upon return to our room that night it was even hotter and we asked for help. The man at the desk came up bringing us a small fan and “turning on our ac”. We asked him about what the woman had said prior and he was not sure what she was talking about. Our room did not cool off much at all, we were hot all night and music from the square was loudly heard in our room until 1 am. The sheets were also very itchy and hospital-like. The man who helped us with the fan was nice enough to offer us complimentary breakfast. When we went down for breakfast at 9:45 am, the girl told us we were not on the list. She finally found our names and allowed us to sit. We got our breakfast and were feeling much happier about our experience, until the restaurant staff came over and started clearing our table before we finished, asking if we could leave because the breakfast ends at 10. In addition, we asked for late check out because our train wasn’t until 2 pm, but this was a mistake because we almost missed our train when the deactivated our room keys early causing us to not be able to use the elevators until they were reactivated so we ran to grab our luggage. All in all a terrible experience.

This hotel is adjacent to the train station and convenient to much of Brussels. Our room was spectacular and roomy, though construction on the building facade blocked our view entirely. We parked in a public garage that was conveniently adjacent (ok, not that convenient toting luggage). Check-in was quick and efficient. We checked out extremely early in the morning and were informed that there was an ongoing incident at the train station. One of the hotel employees routed us through the hotel back of house areas to an elevator that took us safely to our car - a kindness that shall not soon be forgotten.
