Located in one of Brussels busy high end neighborhoods, the restaurant has only a few tables and reservations have to made well in advance. Access is a bit weird, a host welcomes you in the business tower lobby and accompanies you through a maze of service elevators and staircases, but once you arrive on top of the building, the view of the town is second to none.
Very small kitchen but the chef is showing his talent in a confined space but works miracles with his team. Fixed tasting menu.

Came here for my wife's Bday and wanted to surprise her and yes I did!

The setting is unique, you are basically eating in a cloud flying over central Brussels! Try and get a table near the front window. very few tables, and lots of space between patrons so the small room in the sky is never crowded.

Set menu at Eur 120pp and set wine pairing at Eur 45pp, both excellent. Food is creative but lots of attention to the substance and wines are in mid-range and well paired by the knowledgeable sommelier. You can get fancier wines of course.

This was our menu and wines:

- Emitté de King Crabe, mayonaise de homard au café gelée de crustacés.
Domaine Huuls, Riesling, Mosel, Allemagne.

Domaine Moric, Blaufrankrich, Burgenland, Autriche.

- Boeuf Wagyu Blackmore, sauce périgourdine, millefeuille de célerie et de carottes des sable.
Domaine Alta Alella, Petite Syrah, Privat, Espagne.

Definitely recommended and we'll be back.

The food was indeed at 2 star level, just like in the 4 other 2 star restaurants in Brussels. But here you pay the view too, as good as they come in Brussels. Service was not at 2 star level though: quite slow. Too slow. Refreshingly inexpensive water. Small portions. Everything tasted superb.

Certainly, this small restaurant situated at the 25th floor with it’s views over Brussels is exceptionel . I must say we ate very well and the combination of good food and the setting should leave us a memorable evening.
Unfortunately we left the restaurant with a very bad feeling.
Staff is serving and presenting plates almost like robots....no eyecontact, painfull fake smiles. One younger lady made the effort to chat sweetly between 2 courses, thank you.
We were left with no attention and empty glasses several times. Glasses were removed, cutlery replaced ... not a single word, not a single smile.
The maître d’hôtel , highly arrogant is spreading a throughly uncomfortable atmosphere....working too long at the 25th floor ? ? She did not hesitate to make synical remarks after which she ran to the open kitchen to argue loudly issues with cheff and collegues.
Leaving the restaurant we had the occasion to chat with other guests in the elevator.... guess what.... same story, same impression , same ‘never again ‘ !

We fell in love with this small fine dining restaurant. It’s not ONLY the stunning panoramic view of Brussels, but both the service and the food that were superb!
They serve 3 set menus for lunch. We had the small one ‘business lunch’ it was just perfect and quick (we had to catch a train!)
The service was impeccable and friendly!
The food was well worth the 2 michelin stars rating! Creative and full of flavors!
The 2 super highlights were:
- the starter: Seared scallops with truffles and bacon! The combination was just perfect and blended well with all other ingredients!
- the second dessert: lemon meringue, vanilla icecream and vanilla cream complimented with amazing chocolate crunchy pearls, we both loved this and thought it’s the biggest highlight!
