Very original fixed menu of 5 courses of tasting bowls which were all excellent. Great service by skilled and well informed servers. Delicious bread.
Only point of improvement was that the same spoon is used for all savoury courses (a fresh one is provided for the dessert course) but it was unceremoniously plonked back on the wooden table between courses so not sure about cleanliness... Perhaps a spoon rest (similar to a knife rest) or a tablecloth or placemat to avoid this issue?
