2 reviews I had a lovely time visiting Leuven, in large part because my hostess, Magda, was so very helpful and positive. The Wannes Suite itself was wonderful. It was spacious, very well appointed, warm, quiet, clean and just a short bus ride to the station and to the town centre (although a bike was offered). Magda's breakfast was delicious, and she was very flexible about when to deliver it on the landing outside of the suite. The suite itself had the biggest bathtub I have ever seen, and I enjoyed soaking away the strains of 5 days on the 'go'. Magda was very approachable, and insisted that I knock on her door if I needed anything, or had any questions. The suite was so well stocked with useful travel brochures, I had pretty much everything I needed to work out a sightseeing itinerary. Really, the whole experience couldn't have been nicer, more convenient or more relaxing. Everything was perfect!

Just back from a four day break in this lovely accommodation and city celebrating partner birthday. Excellent value for money at roughly £42 per night inc breakfast, and more then enough to Tied you over to lunch or even dinner !!. Good wifi, comfy bed, and excellent host magda where nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend..

The appartment have been great and the breakfast has been good.
We could take bike to visit the city. Moreover, Leuven is a beatiful city.

I recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Leuven and you wish to stay longer than one day. I would even stay in Leuven on purpose to be able to stay a night in the Wannes suite.
The suite has a cosy atmosphere, a good bed, a great bath and when you wake up you get a nice breakfast. You have a lot of privacy because you get your own key.

Location: near city center (10 minutes by bike) and near main road around Leuven city.
Good wifi connection. Comfortable bed and big closet for your clothes. Terrace to sit outside. Big bath and very nice bathroom corner with a lot of space to put your stuff (especially for women nice).
I followed a course in Leuven for a week and it was only a 10 minutes drive to the school. The owners were very kind, helpful and friendly. I could lent their bike to go to the city center. They provided me with maps and information that I needed. We had nice chats in the morning over breakfast.
There is not really something negative to tell about this property. Maybe it can be upgraded with a television and audioplayer. But I didn't miss it !

We had a great stay at Wannes' ! Magda was very flexible, caring and dedicated. The two-room private flat (in the house of Magda) is spacious and the bedding verry good. The decor is refined and there is lots of little touches. The luxurious room is fully equipped (large wardrobe, king size bed, extra bed, angle bath, dining room and separate WC). The environment is quiet and green, close to the city center and the central station. The breakfast is plentiful. We ate on the roof top, full of flowers. A very good memory!
Magda's husband, also very friendly, speaks French, which is very significant to ensure the latest deals for trips to Louvain and Brussels! We were 3 and we strongly recommend housing Magda! See you soon then! Best regards
