We booked a triple, and it was bigger than our first apartment- 2 huge bedrooms, 2 baths and a large common area- fabulous! The hotel was much easier to drive to than anticipated for luggage drop off, and parking was close and convenient (and very reasonable). Front desk staff were friendly and informative, and the lounge and courtyard were nice areas to wait for friends or take a break. Location couldn't be better, hotel was lovely, breakfast simple but tasty and plentiful. The only disappointment was the coffee (free all day, so I can't complain too much). Only instant was available- a hotel of this caliber should invest in a Nespresso machine with fresh milk, then they will have achieved perfection.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return someday. Unique ambience and superb level of comfort that will enhance your stay in Brugges

Rooms are newly remodeled and spotless. They are rather large for a European hotel. What I loved is they thought of all the little details, such as extra tissues and other such
amenities. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a good layout.

Staff is so friendly and delightful. Great location. Breakfast was excellent; they had a wide selection of pastries, breads and cheeses.

We stayed in one of the new suites in the hotel, which to our surprise included a huge common area with our two rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and well informed, with impressive language skills! They were clearly proud of the product they are selling, and rightly so. The rooms are simple but very tastefully decorated. We found everything clean and welcoming. The food was very generous at breakfast, and served in a beautiful dining room. We'll definitely be coming back.

My wife and I stayed in room 44 for a long weekend back in July. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Bruges on a small side road off one of the main shopping streets and a short 15 minute walk from the train station. Our room was very cozy with a large comfortable king sized bed, and the bathroom had both a walk in shower and bath.

The hotel has a small locker by the entrance so that you can store the large key to your room so that you don't have to carry it around with you while you sightsee.

Breakfast was very good. A good selection of breads, ham slices, cheese, pastries - all the usuals for a continental breakfast. There were also pastries, sweets, teas and coffees available throughout the day near the reception.

Overall, a lovely little hotel which we will definitely use again if we are in Bruges.
