We stayed here for one night as a family. Entering through the courtyard the hotel is well laid out. The greeting we received was lovely and the chap on the desk very friendly and helpful. He showed us to our room which had two separate bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms and all a great size. The hotel is centrally situated and so easy for walking around the main parts of Bruges. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast gave ample choice and the lady attending kept all the dishes stocked and well presented. We would like to thank the hotel staff for a fabulous stay. Keep up the good work. We shall be recommending your hotel for sure.

Was surprised by how nice the hotel was, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Nice breakfast included in the cost of the room. Very close to the main attractions and markt. Walking distance from the train station which made things easy. There were a couple of things that would have been a nice addition to the room such as an iron or a kettle but overall we cannot complain and would recommend this hotel to others.

Visited 4 times in the last 2 years, with our most recent visit in February 2017. Staff is hands down awesome - reception remembered our prior visits and offered us an upgrade without us requesting. Rooms are comfortable, chic and quiet, with super comfortable beds and great linens. Most floors have a lounge area which is great for those travelling in a group. Location of hotel is a major plus also, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Finally, breakfast is great - good choice of continental breakfast, served in great lounge, with a great, peaceful atmosphere, just perfect for setting out for a new day. Looking forward to returning this Christmas!

We were traveling, as a party of 7, from Ghent to Bruges. On that day the trains in Belgium were on strike so we had to travel by Taxi van. This was nice because it saved us the 20 minutes of dragging baggage to the train station in Ghent and then another 15 minutes from the station in Bruges to our hotel.

When the driver dropped us off, we found ourselves in an alley at a large gate with the hotel's name on it. As we entered, we were informed that our rooms were not ready but, this was expected ,because it was still before noon. We left our bags with the clerk and ventured out to enjoy the city.

Upon return, later that night, we were shown to our rooms and were very impressed. Rooms (on the top floor, at least) were arranged with a shared common space. We had two rooms (#38 and #39) off a very large common area with dining table and sectional couch. Honestly, wasted space, but comfortable especially for a large group traveling together. Each of the two rooms had a king bed with en-suite bath, tv, storage cupboards and ample floor space for bags. Each room is individually lockable, as is the common space door. The other room, for the party of three, also had a separate relaxing area with two lounging chairs. Overall, a nice space for three people.

There were two other rooms on the top floor that were in the process of being built out but appeared to be of the same type as ours (two rooms off a common area). The hotel was clean and presented well. Breakfast was standard European. This was a very nice place to stay for the one night we were in town. From here we went to Cologne (Koln).

We were traveling as a group of 7, one room had a queen and a single bed. It had a large bathroom with a tub and an adjacent room with 2 lounging chairs. The other room was more of a suite. We walked into a large room with a large couch and dining table that could hold 6. There were 2 bedrooms off of this room. Each bedroom had a queen bed and full bath with shower, no tubs. Hair dryers and toiletries were included. All rooms had sky lights we could open considering we were on 3rd floor, top floor. We could see and hear the belfry from the center of town from our room.

The lobby has some very nice seating and fireplace. The front desk people were a huge help with directions.

Breakfast was included. Typical European style, pastries, cheese, salami, cereal, fruit.

This hotel is within 5-10 minutes walk of city center.

Room Tip: 3rd floor, especially if with a group
