Stayed at this hotel for four nights with my daughter, from the 21st August to the 25th August 2018.
I must say that when we holiday abroad we normally choose budget hotels, this one we felt was a little over what we normally feel comfortable paying, but it did tick many boxes for us so we decided to book it.
On arrival at Faro Airport we telephoned the hotel and they sent the free shuttle bus to collect us. Pick up point is the Cepsa petrol station which is about a 5 minute walk from the terminal building. Drive time from the airport to the hotel is around 7 minutes. Worth mentioning here that the free shuttle bus is subject to availability and does not operate 24 hours. (Our departure flight was at 8am and we had to make our own way to the airport). Check with reception about shuttle operating times if this is an issue.
On arrival at the hotel the reception staff were pleasant and we were allocated room 317 which was on the third floor.
The room was nice and looked freshly decorated. It had twin beds and a large screen TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, ample wardrobe space, USB sockets, all round very clean, and with en' suite facilities. We were a little disappointed when we opened the 'black out' curtains though to discover that there was no balcony, and to be faced with a concrete wall, and overlooking which I would describe as wasteland, with houses in the background.
If we had only been staying for one night it wouldn't have been an issue but as we were staying for four nights, coupled with what we had paid, to us this was not ideal. My daughter went down to see them at reception about a possible room change and was informed that they would see what they could do after looking at the bookings and to return in the morning.
In the morning we were offered a change of room, room 223, on the second floor, which had a balcony overlooking the front and with a view of the pool. The room was not to the same standards as our previous room, i.e. no USB sockets, and a smaller TV, but the balcony and pool view was much more important to us!
The rooms all seem to differ in that some have balconies, some don't, and even balcony size.
The breakfast room was nice, spacious, again clean, like everything in the hotel. Hot dishes available consisted of scrambled egg and Hot Dog sausages only. Other items available included cereals, yoghurts, plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, ham, baguettes etc. It suited me fine, but my daughter was restricted to fruit as she has a dairy/egg/soya allergy and was informed by staff that fruit was all she could have.
During the week additional free shuttle services are offered. 10am Old Faro Town, and collection again at 5pm if desired. 10.30am Faro Beach, and collection again at 5.30pm if desired. These are better booked up the day before. We availed of the Old Faro Town shuttle twice in the morning, and elected to make our own way back.
The number 16 bus stop(s) is(are) about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. From here you can travel to the airport, Faro town, or the beach. It doesn't matter where you are going the standard flat rate fare is €2.30 single.
We enjoyed a swim in the outdoor pool on the last day of our vacation.
All in all it suited our needs very well. Situated in a generally quiet location. Staff pleasant. Very clean. Nothing really negative to report apart from the lifts being fairly small and painfully slow! Sometimes we got fed up waiting and just used the stairs! Free Wi-Fi too, but we found this did cut out on a few occasions.
Would recommend, and will keep in mind if ever in the area again.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect if you have a rentel car, it's directly next to the highway in between the city and the beach. There is plenty of parking space and its a safe neighbourhood. 5 minutes away from the center and 10 minutes away from the beach. The staff was very kind and always very helpful. The room was spacious and clean as well. The breakfast was also quite good, plenty of choices to eat from.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport-about 5 mins drive away.

Check in was quick and efficient. There were 7 of us in 3 rooms, we were given rooms next to each other. All were good sized and very clean with nice bathrooms. All with showers above a bath.

Tv's in room although we did not use them. Great black out curtains and good AC. Our rooms overlooked a concrete passage and wall which worried us a little security wise so we didn't open Windows however, the A.C. kept the room lovely and cool.

Bar was nice although the service was very slow, it took ages for the barman to bring our drinks to our table which he insisted on doing,

Lift was slow although we only used it to take our luggage as we were on the first floor.

Breakfast was ok, there was a decent selection for continental, but for hot food there was just scrambled egg and tiny hot dog sausages. Everything was kept topped up so there was never any shortage.

On arrival, we were able to book a free shuttle service to the airport. The lady driver was extremely friendly and helpful. This shuttle also takes you to the beach and city centre if required.

There is also a swimming pool but we did not use it so can't comment on it.

All in all a good hotel which I would definitely recommend for an overnight stop

This hotel is close to the airport. I was given a room with a view to a concrete wall which made me feel very claustophobic. It does have a very modern lounge area which it is open until midnight. The area of the pool is ok.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesn't have the view of a concrete wall.

Stayed here one night and it was very quiet. We arrived at Faro airport in the dark evening and collected a hired car. Because Portugal has driving on left we decided not to drive late at night on first day of holiday. This hotel is nearest the airport and you arrive in minutes thanks to Google Maps. No one in bar at 10.00pm except one other couple. Barman very friendly and he insisted bringing drinks to our table. Room ok but tv was very old model and no English channels available. Breakfast was self service and nothing special. Clean hotel, but only real positive for us was close proximity to airport.
