Dear Sir
In response of your comment, we just would like to suggest you to travel a bit more as you are completely misunderstanding the concept of a hotel accommodation.
First of all, do not mix up words like "boutique hotel" with "boutique b&b", which applies to our mission of hospitality and wellness.
If you are an interior designer, we could consider your critical comments of our choice of pictures about our decor (frames and words on pictures give you nausea??? Really???), but honestly, we don't think this would interfere in the quality of our service!
Despite your mention that you had stayed with us before (which we doubt as if you were a regular customer, you always knew we did not have a swimming pool at Mareta View in 2013 and we still do not have it in 2017. Unless you don't know the difference between a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool!), we believe as an Independent Local Accommodation Group we could promote all our establishments in our corporate page, and then, a clever person could perfectly understand the difference between them and choose the one of his/her preference. So, in your case, as a traveler, you should read first all our pages, learn a bit of hospitality and hotel policy, instead of publicize a false perspective of our b&b.
Regarding your suggestion of pillows, breakfast (cereal bowls.... really?), orange trees in all streets in Portugal (have you been in Sagres already? There is no orange trees at all!) or even the comment that our receptionist doesn't know to change a battery of a remote control (which is not true, obviously), you just confirm the type of customer you are, teaching us how to manage with complicate people who definitely should not leave their comfort zone...
We accept critical to improve our business as well as to understand our customer's expectations, but unfortunately yours were a little abusive and it deserves a prompt response from our perspective.
