It was a real pleasure staying in here for 2 nights (en route to Flores). The hotel/guest house is a beautiful historic house in a great location in central PD. It had been immaculately renovated and our room was spotlessly clean, quiet with great air con and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. Teresa, the owner, was very welcoming and informative.

This small Bed and Breakfast has a wonderful location, not too far from airport and at the center of Ponta Delgada. My room has a balcony facing the Main Square, it was small, but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom provided all the toiletries and Wifi was available. Parking however, is street parking. There are plenty of metered spots around, including at the Main Square. Just be prepared to feed the meter early in the morning, as it shuts off around 6 or 7pm. The hostess and owner of the property was very helpful, you can ask her anything and she will go out of her way to help you out. For all the amenities and location, I find this place to be a good value. Breakfast is included and has a great spread of local cheeses, breads, jams and the usual cereal, yogurt, cold meats and eggs. The coffee was also very good and everything was very clean and tidy the whole time. I highly recommend this property, if you are looking for a place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Room tip: The streets aren't noisy at night, so get a room with a balcony, if you can.

Very accommodating and gracious host in a beautifully furnished classic mansion built first as a chapel in 1634. Modern bathrooms en suite, wifi, excellent breakfast, air conditioned, great beds. Close to town centre and on beautiful plaza but quiet.

We had a wonderful stay here - sad we only got to stay one night. Very charming B&B and our host Teresa was absolutely wonderful and gracious. She even let us change in her own personal bathroom because we had checked out already and our room was no longer available. She was wonderful. Great spread of food for breakfast too and an adorable little courtyard. The ambiance of this place is really incredible too and a GREAT location. Close to everything. If I ever make it back to PDL again this will definitely be the place I stay. You won't regret staying here!

This B&B has to be one of the best places I've stayed. Our host Teresa was so gracious and took time to explain the history of the building. The location is perfect and walking distance to many of the major attractions in PDL. We stayed in one of the suites, which comfortably fit three of us-2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was delicious with many local azorean treats. We only stayed one night, but we were so sad to leave. I HIGHLY recommend staying here while you explore Ponta Delgada.
