This hotel is close to the airport but with a great location to the centre of Ponta Delgado. Great indoor and outdoor pools with wonderful sauna and steam rooms. Front desk service was great and very friendly. Breakfasts were very good and we had dinner one evening in the resatuarant which was very good. The hotel room spotless with a beautiful foyer. Great choice

What a lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, beds, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, very friendly staff, and food, glorious food! You've got to try the Koi natural breakfast yoghurt with pumpkin jam, oatflakes with raisins and almonds, delicious!
This hotel accommodated our every need and was centrally located. Most advantageous as it turned out was the business centre in which I spent many an hour sorting out a few issues, in comfort. This hotel is definitely on our return list.
In fact the Azores are on our re-visit list, anybody seriously interested in trekking and hiking will find this is the paradise you've been looking for as the weather is as pleasant as the scenery, I love it!

This is a lovely hotel. Like everything in Ponta Delgada it is spotlessly clean. Service is understated but excellent.
The breakfast buffet is very good with local food featured as well as other ‘classics ‘.
The staff in the dining room work very hard to keep everything pristine at all times.
The outdoor pool and garden is a tranquil delight so do spend some time there.
There is a tennis court, a gym, a sauna and steam room and indoor pool and jacuzzi too. There are also some shiny new bikes to hire and Ponta Delgada is safe for holiday cyclists.
Special mention has to go to the amazing sparrows in the Japanese style courtyard garden at dusk. What a treat to see and hear them in their hundreds.
The hotel has a bus stop outside for the airport bus. It’s literally about 15 mins away so just hop on at the airport and ask the driver to tell you when to get off. The hotel is ideally placed to explore Ponta Delgada on foot - only a few minutes to the main squares and sea front.
The standard of housekeeping is very high. We were very comfortable and happy. We talked to guests who were back for second and third visits - as we will be!
