Lovely stay. Excellent service from all staff, comfortable room, wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of variety, including some gluten-free options and sugar-free homemade jams, pancakes, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. We didn’t try the set lunch or dinner but the menu looked good. We found the prices in the lobby bar too high, though. A hot drink cost almost double that of what you would pay for in a restaurant in Fatima. I wouldn’t recommend the bar. There is a drinks vending machine in the lobby which is a cheaper alternative.
Location was very good and there is ample parking within the grounds. There are 3 chapels on site and on Saturdays, you can have your confession heard in the chapel within the main missionary building which is a bonus as the queues for confession in the Sanctuary can be really long at the weekends. Daily Mass is said in this chapel, too, and you can offer up Mass intentions as well.
Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again.
