This museum was excellent. It excelled in explaining the entire electricity generation process in a engaging and entertaining way that everyone could understand. It is housed in a decommissioned power station and in addition , has galleries dedicated to modern art and robotics.
My wife particularly liked the robots - one (in the form of an 'angle poise' lamp) was designed to detect emotions when spoken to and reacted to that. There was also an industrial robot that wrote with a pen and another that moved coloured balls round an obstacle course. Other exhibits included robotic vacuum cleaners, prosthetic limbs, a human exoskeleton and R2D2.
One of the best technology museums that we have visited and at only 2.5 Euro for seniors, outstanding value .
