We got off to a bad start. I have arranged for airport pickup and transfer, but we were a bit late as the airport was very crowded. We came out to find that our driver has left. When we managed to reach them, they said that they thought we were not coming and no one bothered to contact me.
We had them send another driver who was also late.
After we arrived at an apartment building and unloaded our luggage, the office called the driver to inform her that they sent her the wrong location. So we had to reload the luggage and drive to the correct address.
We also requested late check-out and of course, we were not granted that.
Some of the bedding provided was old and dirty.
The heating is not sufficient - only a small heater in the living room.
There was also construction happening in the building next to us, so it got very noisy early in the morning.
As for the good side, it has a very central location in downtown Lisbon, around 500 meters walk to Baixa Chiado metro station, however, it's an uphill walk.
There are lots of mini markets, restaurants and cafes on the main street - Park bar is 2 minutes away and there is a tram stop across the street.
The apartment was fairly clean, but a bit smaller than expected. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped.More
