A great museum with a great collection and very well needed in Lisbon. It's in a great location but kind of far from the city center.

We went to the Museu do Oriente during a tour around Lisbon. This was a coffee stop, but we were also able to gain entrance. The art was wonderful and very unique

Attended a business event and the organizers provided tickets for the museum. Great idea and learned a lot - not surprising given Portuguese historical engagement in the Orient.

Well worth including on any visit to the city.

While we are approaching Tower de Belem, we see Museu do Oriente on Avenida Brasilia. As such we enter to view the displays inside. Worth a visit if you have preliminary ideas on the history of Asian countries.

Totally worthed the visit.
