Stayed for 5 days during Eurovision song contest. Nice hotel, rooms were clean, but as others have said, the lighting was a little dark.
Unlike another reviewer, I did manage to get a kettle from housekeeping, who were very helpful.
Breakfast selection was very good.
Transport wise, the hotel is located equidistant from 2 metro stops. Given that Lisbon is very hilly, If you want to avoid walking up steep hills, use Picoas when you are going to or returning to the hotel and Anjos when going from the hotel into central Lisbon.More
