The Igreja de São Roque was a Jesuit church until the Jesuits were expelled from that Portugal in 18th century. The church contains an extraordinary number of outstanding chapels, mostly of Baroque with the possible exception of classical Chapel of St. Roch.
One of the most outstanding of these chapels is the Chapel of Our Lady of Piety with an alter of with a representation of the Calvary surrounded by a faces and figures of Cherubs, and a central sculpture of Pieta.
Definitely worth a visit when in Lisbon
