We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Safe key can be purchased from reception for a few euros. Buffet style breakfast had plenty of choice but can get very busy at times. The position of the hotel is superb, within a few minutes walk for the sightseeing buses, the Corte Ingles shopping centre (up the hill), the park with superb view down to the river and many very good restaurants.

I spent the weekend with my daughter at this hotel. It was so great. Very kind front office personell especially the 2 sweet ladies Angela abd Ines that made us feel totally at home. Giving suggestions for tours and restaurants. Always with a smile. The room was big enough with everything we needed to have a good night rest.
The breakfast was also very well for EUR 10 you can not expect a total buffet. Everything was being refilled contineously. Very kind people. The place was a little small but if you consider how nice you are being treated you just pass this.
Location of the hotel is also very well. Nearby buss and metro. Also the hop on hop off busses are nearby.
The hotel is very clean and also the rooms.
We will come back for sure.

The hotel was nice, clean, we had a room with terrace which improved the opinion, we watched airplanes landing. Breakfast medium, with basic stuff, nothing impressive. Nice for couple of days. The quality can not be compared with Spain or France for the same 3* hotel.
