We had an exceptional room on the second floor with three french doors opening to the Rua Flores, a pedestrian street filled with action day and night. It was probably the largest room we have ever enjoyed in Europe with a separate living space featuring 2 couches, a dining table, and a huge desk space. There was also a separate bedroom with a large comfortable bed, large bathroom and a very complete kitchenette. The folks at the desk could not have been nicer or more helpful and the breakfast spread was top notch. This is a large property with many amenities and what look like a variety of room types. We loved our time in Porto and especially enjoyed our stay at the Flores Village Hotel and Spa.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here before and after our river cruise. The two apartment style accommodations we stayed in were both well appointed, especially the first one that had French doors opening onto Rua Flores. The pool was very relaxing, with a comfortable temperature. There was always access to coffee and port. In the afternoon, there were also little snacks included. The breakfast was very filling, and on our second stay there, they packed boxed breakfasts for us as we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. The staff were very friendly and informative. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the train station and the waterfront. Definitely a place to which I would return.

Visited with 2 kids.
Located in the heart of the touristic place.
The best thing was the kind and friendly staffs.
They helped me to solved the problem of double booking at this hotel.
and also help me to move to the other hotels.
They are so friendly and I really appreciate their help.
The room is also nice with lovely high ceiling and large space.
what didnt meet my expectation was the swimming pool.
It is rather a large Jacuzzi than a swimming pool but the temperature is only below 30 c degrees.
The kids loved it anyway.
I would recommend and also visit this place again.

Room tip: you cannot excess to this hotel with car. You shall park the car to the near by parking lot.

Wonderful hotel in the Rua Flores. Close to Ribeira district;metro and railway station.
A warm welcome and al staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had a double room on the 4th floor, facing the Cathedral. Overall an excellent hotel and can highly recommend.

We were dropped off by the taxi at what looked like the entrance to a private house with no real indication that we had arrived at our hotel. On entering the front door we were welcomed and given a brief description of what the hotel consisted of, its environs and what to see in Porto. Our room although not the biggest was fine with a small bathroom off and everything you could want to hand. Beds comfortable, shower controllable etc.etc.
Breakfast on the fourth floor was excellent with a continuous stream of hot food being brought to room. The breakfast room was a delight, light and airy with painted ceiling. Doors led out to the gardens (yes, on the fourth floor) with views across the city.
On the third floor was the gym and hot tub. Hot tub is not the right description as it held up to a dozen people with no crowding. The underwater jets were fierce and gave you a good pummelling.
Staff were very helpful, David M particularly so, he told us about the history of the house, fixed our taxi for the airport, told us where to go to eat (no restaurant at the hotel just yet).
Great stay and we would return if back to Porto in future.
