The hotel is extremely well situated in terms of transport: 3 min walk from North Station, 15 mins travel to airport, 20 min by foot to Grand Platz. Working area in the room is ok, bed is comfy (a bit too soft maybe), cofee and tea provided. Small seminar space (up to 25 people) nice enough. Lunches and dinners really, I mean REALLY great! Congrats to the chef, 5 stars for the food (excluding breakfast, which is just typical, decent hotel standard in a bit too crowded room - 3 hotels share the breakfast area). Those are the main reasons for choosing it for your business stay. Disadvantages are: views on the old walls and towering scyscraper only, ugly neighbourhood, front entrance to the hotel unattractive (seems rather like bad motel if you pass by), confused but friendly staff and overwhelming feeling of improvised architecture.

Room Tip: I sincerely can't imagine how a good view is possible in this hotel

Stayed at the PH for 1 week in Oct 2017 as it was on a recommended list. The hotel is a great friendly establishment ideal for centre of Brussels and not too expensive. Well maintained, clean and with good facilities. The location is handy for a walk down towards the Grand Place and other attractions. This does not take too long, perhaps 10-15 mins if you don't stop in the shops along the way! Breakfast is a good choice too. Overall I would go back there again.

Room Tip: Easy to walk down into the town past the shops in the evening. Local supermarkets and coffee shops on hand too.

Stayed for a couple of nights in business. Generally it's a nice place. Room is ok. Mine oddly had a strange odour in the wardrobe (but I assume this is a one off). They include a Nespresso machine in the room, which is a really nice touch. Slight shame that they only provide one pod though (technically they give you two... but one is decaffinated).

Why 3 stars, not 4?

Firstly breakfast at 15euros just seems excessive to me.

Secondly their gym, it's great that they have one, and it's ok - just a bit worn out. Some old running machines and various cardio bits, a multi gym (not well aligned on cables), dumbells up to 10kg. The space is good, it could just use some attention.

The hotel is well located for all business held in Covent Garden. The room seemed quite nice, silent environment, kettle and minibar inside.
I stayed there twice and had the same problem with air-condition - could not set up proper temperature, it simply did not work.
The breakfast restaurant looks very nice. It is shared with another hotel. Too crowded, not well maintained, staff ineffective in replacing dishes, not enough clean plates. On one day I had to wait over 10 minutes to get a slice of bread, on another there were no clean forks.

Pros:
The room was spacious and comfortable and staying in the executive room was really pleasant.

Cons:
It seemed like such a trouble every time I approached the counters. Like I was disturbing them. This happened three times with three different staff.
Went to breakfast and told I didn't have it included with my room only to have to prove it with my voucher. That's your issues not mine! You're the hotel!
A really fair hike from the grand place!
