On arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful reception. Hotel is very clean and welcoming. Ideally located in Athens if you want to see all the great sites. A short walk to the metro train service in Acropoli. Walking distance to the Acropolis and other incredible sites.

The hotel itself has very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and a good assortment for breakfast. On the roof is an incredible restaurant with beautiful views of the Acropolis and surrounds. Don't worry about the busy road below as the rooms have double sliding doors that block out the noise from the traffic below.

Trams stops are located not too far bit require a little walk. From this location you can save a lot of cash with medium distance walks to the sites. The hotel staff are very knowledgeable and can recommend what sites to visit and when. Also willing to arrange transport if you need any to get around.

Hotel has a small gym to help keep fit or on track with training. A steam room and a location for full body massage. A service is available and the team will be happy to help get this arranged. All the details for the deep tissue massage etc is available in the hotel booklet found in your room.

There is coffee and tea in the rooms as well as a fridge with stock of drinks etc. Be aware there is a charge . If you prefer to get your own locally don't worry...there are lots of shops dotted all over and prices are very reasonable

Overall a great hotel and experience with no faults . Good value for money .

This is a lovely, small hotel. It is well located just 2 blocks from the Plaka District and very near the subway. It is a hotel that is favored by tour operators so just about every tour company in town picks up at this hotel as well. It has a top floor restaurant with a breath taking view of the Acropolis. At a minimum you need to have a drink there. The dinner we had there was good but not great and it should be noted that the live music was loud enough that it was difficult to hold a conversation.
The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms very clean and while small, certainly larger than some European hotels. The beds were VERY comfortable, but you will want to request a room on the back of the hotel; away from the street. We had very unreliable wifi service in the hotel. There was not one day that it really worked. We also had trouble with the shower, which no one seemed to be able to repair. The fixture that holds the shower handle and hose was broken. If you left the handle on the wall, turning on the water resulted in instantly flooding the bathroom. We had to shower one handed so we could hold the hose.
I would probably stay here again – hoping that they have fixed the wifi and with a room that had a better working shower.

Room Tip: ask for a room AWAY from the street

This place is ideally located for the sites , ask for a room round the back of the building so you are not in the main road as noisy .
The rooftop bar is pleasant as it has great views so well worth a visit or even a meal . We had drinks there every night so nice place to work from .

location, service, dinners and breakfasts- is above and beyond any compliments! metro station 5 minutes walk, tram station to Piraeus and Glyfada 2 minutes walk. You don't need to go through any unpleasant streets to get to the hotel from the center or vice versa. dinners with fantastic view to Acropolis. if I'll come to Athens again I will stop there.

Greece seems a tired and worn out country, but her people are very resilient we found. Those in the service industries couldn't have been more helpful. They were always friendly and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We combined a road trip with a cruise and had a delightful time.
Recommend a longer cruise as there was so much to see and do we could not find the time to combine sight seeing ashore and take part in the on-board activities to the fullest.
Another recommendation is to go in spring or autumn as the temperature rarely got below 39 deg Celsius in that July and was more frequently up around 46 in the middle of the day.

Room Tip: The corner suite was quite nice and had a little balcony where one could sit and enjoy a chilled glass of wine with some cheese.
