Greeted by our own guide Alex who has a Masters in history, the 8am start was brilliant as we bypassed the crowd to walk straight into the Acropolis. Alex told us more about history than I had absorbed in my whole life, and brought the experience alive!

We were then introduced to Eva to commence the food tour. This tour is made for the people taking it and does not rely on relationships between guide and establishment. We not only became orientated during our first full day in Greece but we visited places that most tourists would not see. Eva asked questions at the start, to ensure that the tour would surpass our high expectations . There were many stops, however after our first stop I was wondering how things could get any better! Eva, Eva, Eva - abs fantastic from the local market to the snacks we are still enjoying days later - thank you. Great value.

Chef George and Anna were wonderful! Our whole family enjoyed. We had a great walking tour and the food was amazing!

We loved our private day trip to Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidauros. The Greek countryside is beautiful and a relaxing change from busy Athens. Our driver Vasilis was informative, enthusiastic and pleasant to be with. He answered our questions and was good at intuiting our interests and reasons for travel, so the day was tailored for us. The time spent at each site was negotiable and so was the location for lunch. The vehicle was quite comfortable and we were provided with cold water and snacks. The day trip was a lovely day to remember and one of the highlights of our vacation.
