We stayed here for 2 nights as we wanted somewhere cheap with internet but it hindsight should have paid a little more & been situated in a better area, in a decent hotel, closer to the centre and where the staff actual are nice!
To start they made us pay as soon as we arrived which should have sent off warning lights. Although hesitant to do this we pay as we spent 20 mins looking for the place as the signs for the most part are in Greek & just wanted to get to the room.
When we got to the room it had 2 single beds. We asked the receptionist if he had a double room & he rudely responds that he doesn't & that if we wanted one we should have sent a separate request when we booked. This may have been a problem with the online booking form format as it had the room listed as Double/Twin though didn't ask which you wanted but I've stayed at many hotels where they simple send you an email & check with this the first where this was a problem.
The shower has no screen so everything in the bathroom gets soaked and you need to hold the shower head. The toilet seat was broken.
The air-con barely worked which is horrible in the hot weather.
To add to that THE POWER WENT OUT 3 TIMES during the day!!!
They also made no attempt to clean the room between our stay.
Oh & on the 2nd night some rowdy people came in at about 3am (they sounded like there were 3 early 20yo Greeks) who thought that it would be funny to call out things loudly in the hallway on the way to their room & slammed the door 3 times - very annoying!!!
Do yourself a favour and learn from our error & book elsewhere!

it is Hotel Policy to pay at check-in and you can see it when you make a reservation at booking.com or other online booking providers.
It means that by making a reservation you accept that.
Guests have always the option to ask to see the room before paying.

They made a reservation for double or twin room. That means that you can request a double or twin but you will get it, if it is available.
The same are doing most hotels all over the world.

The air-condition are new and are set to 26 degrees Celsius. We do not have complains from hundreds other clients about air-condition.

The guests must go out from the room till 15.00 if they want their room to be cleaned.
After that time the cleaning personel is leaving the Hotel
Probably the receptionist call them to ask if they want the room to be cleanned but they did not answer.

We have from year 2010 non-smoking rooms.
Also free wi-fi in the rooms and lobby area and a pc free to use for internet at reception area.
The location of our Hotel is evaluated very good from most of our clients.
It is located few steps away from Subway entrance (Metaksourgio station)

This Hotel was one that our tour company booked for us, and i'm not sure why.

I must say it was Average to say the least, The rooms were dirty and they have no non smoking rooms, so our rooms at least smelt of cigarette smoke, the bathrooms were small and smelt too. We had ants all over the floor in our room, and i found the staff not very willing to help, or unable too.

Had a fab time on the tour this was the only criticism of the tour was this hotel,
