Fully recommend this hotel. Rooms are cosy and comfortable (although you shall use AC - because of the street noise it is better to close the window at night). Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Hotel is located close to the city centre, but it is also close to the more quiet part of the coast,so beach and restaurants are not overcrowded.

Excellent welcome in this hotel, which is quite close to the town (10 minutes walk) and to the beach. The owners gave us informations to stay and visit Chania and around.
The rooms are modern and clean, with a balcony to the sea. Very copious breakfast with greek specialties.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 2016. Room is way small: with one foot in contact with the bed, I can touch every foot of the entire bedroom, minus three feet by the corner-installed door. The temperature for the room is set: ambient temp is room temp. We couldn't adjust the thermostat at all. Being November, common sense would dictate sleeping with the door open, but directly below our room is a very busy seaside street, so no fresh air. The bed had only 1 cover; not a blanket or comforter, but a simple cover. Breakfast: I usually put a shot of Jameson's in my coffee to pass the time while my wife ate. Continental, for sure. Staff was friendly and assissted whenever required; they are the main reason we stayed for the full three nights.

Room Tip: Check tripadvisor before booking

The photographer who took the pictures for the website deserves a raise. The hotel was no where near as nice as the pictures looked. The entire hotel is in serious need of a refurb. We had a superior sea view room. The room was right next to a very busy road so there is no chance of sleeping with the door open. Every time a room above us flushed the toilet you could her the water coming through the pipes in our room. It sounded like it was leaking in our bathroom. The staff were pretty average and not very attentive. The breakfast was a disaster. No fresh orange juice just orange cordial. The eggs looked inedible. The location of the hotel was quite good as it was a 15 minute walk to the old port. If I ever return to Chania I won't be staying at this hotel.

Perfect location. Beautiful view from room. Spacious.
A lovely walk into the old town, along the waterfront.
Rula, at the reception desk is so helpful. Recommended different things to suit our needs.
Have done everything on her recommendation. Never disappointed.
Thank you Rula for making our holiday perfect.
Hopefully will be back next year
