Really enjoyed our stay mid September, nice room overlooking the pool with seperate lounge. Not too noisy as entertainment finished at a reasonable hour. Lovely pool no shortage of sunbeds.
The breakfast deal is very good value and service nice and friendly.
Free in room wifi was a bonus.
Only one niggle, no kettle and an electric ring with the power of a candle. ;)
Good tavernas within strolling distance and a great bus service makes this location ideal for the Chania district.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor are like being in a basement

Clean, comfortable, friendly. The only drawback I found was that the restaurant isn't run by the same management (and can't be placed on the same level) but there are plenty of very interesting restaurants near by.

Friendly, safe & clean. Lovely staff. Good food, Very convenient shop on site with cold beer & wine at good prices. Fresh bread daily. They didn't sell taramasalata but went to get some for me specially!

I stayed at Porto Kalamaki in mid September with my boyfriend and sister. The room had one double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. We were very lucky to be put in one of their newly refurbished rooms which is beautifully furnished and modern - only slight niggle is that the room is not closed off from the living room - but even if we hadn't been in one of the newer rooms I would still highly recommend Porto Kalamaki - firstly, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, secondly the location is great - about a 10min walk to the closest beaches and restaurants, about 15 bus ride to Old Town. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, good sized pool, always plenty of sunbeds available.

Our only regret is that we did not stay for longer!

Thanks Porto Kalamaki, we hope to see you again soon!

Room Tip: I am pretty sure we stayed in room 220 which is one of the newly refurbished rooms in the complex.
