Beautiful is the single word which sums up this hotel and the service they provide. So very conveniently situated in the old town it did not disappoint in any aspect. The beds are super comfortable; amenities of good quality; welcoming sweets were home made and delightful; the breakfast simply amazing. All round a wonderful stay, with thanks to the wonderful staff - BEAUTIFUL!!

It's an old mansion converted into a hotel. The open courtyard is the main area for gathering, breakfast etc. Do check out the amazing views from the roof top terrace. AC only worked so-so. As a room tip, try not to get one on the first floor because the doors are not very sound proof at all.

Really lovely hotel with a wonderful courtyard area. Staff veryhelpful and happy - they were a pleasure to be around. Right in the heart of the harbour area hidden in the back lanes. We adored wondering about the back lanes where our hotel was situated - perfect.
What really made our stay was a bookiing in the spa. We had a steam room, jacuzzi and a body scrub each - it was absolutely perfect! The surroundings themselves in the spa make it a fantastic experience in itslef without the treatments. We drank complimentary herbal teas in the courtyard afterwiards - blissful!
Highly recommend to anyone - don't think about it - book it!

This hotel was simply lovely! Charming, historical, comfortable, and luxurious, this hotel was one of the highlights of our vacationin Greece. The reality certainly lived up to the reviews here.

We found the booking to be easy - we e-mailed the hotel and while it was almost completely booked, they managed to find room for my friend and I. The location is downtown but I found relaxing. Certain parts of the waterfront are very busy and would be loud at night. This hotel is close enough you can walk to the interesting parts of Chania but still have a quiet night's sleep in comfort. The rooftop bar had a stunning view of the harbor, especially at night.

This hotel was just perfect, definitely one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff and concierge were helpful and charming. Breakfast was yummy. And how can you not love staying in a beautiful old Venetian casa?

Room Tip: There are a lot of steps. Please let the hotel know if you have mobility problems when make your reservation.

Special boutique hotel. Modern rooms but hotel has old world charm and features. The mix is very well done and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful service. Excellent breakfast. Well located to visit the main attractions of Chania Town (old harbor, shopping and restaurants) and a good location for exploring the Chania region in general. We booked 1 night and ended up staying a 2nd because we liked it so much. They also upgraded us for a small fee when they realized we really needed twin beds and they didn't have any available. Reasonably priced.
