Dinner was perfect. There are two options: from the Menu (alla carta) or from the so called Menu Degustazione. With both you are going to eat a lot. On the "Menu degustazioni" the plates are smaller. Three options for 320DKK, four options 380DKK and 5 options 435 DKK. For example you can choose Petto d'anatra (turkey) a ll'arancia, Filetto d'orata (fish) con crema di finochi, the tradizionale lasagne bolognese or a Dessert (dolce). From the Menu you have to deal with the Antipasti, the Primi and the Secondi piatti + formaggi and dolci. Among the Antipasti there is a very good Carpaccio and Verdure e tomino grigliati. Among the Primi the Ravioli di ricotta e spinaci and as Secondo piatto the Spezzatino di ossobuco alla milanese served with saffron risotto.
Les desserts had great presentation and they are incredibly tasty.
Service is excellent. Decoration is great, toilets are clean. Be careful, you could be tempted to eat too much. The bread bowl is well presented and most probably will be empty after a very few minutes. Wine, Tuborg beer, San Pellegrino, and the espresso machiatto are great.
There is an open parking just opposite to the restaurant.
For good occasions. Is not cheap (around 400-600 DKK by person).

We had a wonderful food experience here and i fully recommend making the effort to pay a visit. We had a wonderful 4 course dinner, each course was cooked and presented perfectly. The staff are helpfull and happy to guide you through the menu and choices for wine. I will be back if just for the rabbit pasta!

We accompanied people to this restaurant for a special anniversary price fixe dinner, which seemed to have numerous delicious dishes arriving one after the other. at this point I can't remember the specifics, since we had several appetizers, fish, and even several desserts. In fact there was so much food, we did not really eat the veal main dish. it's too bad Denmark does not have the idea of "doggie bags" and taking home food, as it seemed a shame to just leave all this great food to be thrown out. The service was attentive and able to accommodate restricted eaters. The service was good, although some did not speak a lot of English, although food is a universal language.

Alto palato is a family run gem with piedmont style of cuisine. The restaurant was celebrating its 19th birthday with a specially created meal at prices charged at its birth. amazing!
We however chose to go a la carte. The three of us all started differently. My host chose a prima course of spaghetti with scampi in a pesto sauce. He raved about it continously. One ordered the scallops which she too found delicious. I skipped a starter to but had three of the cheese lollipops. A lacy brand snap like conference toon but made of cheese on a stick. The home page of this restaurant carries a picture.
Our host had a veal picata which looked delicate and good. The two ladies including me had small morsels of monk Fish cooked in their own juices and tiny Pieces of tomato and chives. Served with slivers of cheese. Simply delicious!
We ordered one dessert of creme brulle. Just devine. The coffees to end the evening deliciously rounded the evening. A gourmet evening of great food.

If you love Italy, Piemonte, Italian wine and food - If you will experience an Italian family you just need to go. When you sit eat and drink you feel like in Barolo. They really know how to create an atmosphere a great meal of course with a perfect wine recommendation. Please as for some specialties and wine recommendations.
