As travellers we try to eat one hearty meal a day and small snacks in between so this restaurant was appealing to us to get something healthy and nutritious.
The warm options are limited to a few dishes: a soup, veg lasagna, rice, stew, and boiled potatoes. But the cold salad bar had more options with beet salad, coleslaw, hummus, bean salad, carrots and more. The lasagna was clearly the star of the meal with nice eggplant and cheese.
The restaurant was very very busy at noon on a weekday and initially we were overwhelmed with how many people there were but it surprisingly clears out quickly. Service is lacking, you need to help yourself to water and the cashier and worker aren’t particularly friendly but we didn’t go for top notch hospitality. Would eat there again!
