We boked a separate room with a private bathroom, but there were no curtains on the windows and the street lamp just above the window turned every night into a bright day - very difficult to sleep in these conditions. The reception is staffed only from 3pm, so once you're checked in, there's no way to negotiate anything the following days before 3 pm. The kitchen is big, but there were only 3 bowls that needed to be shared between all the gests (think morning cereal with milk) and just ridiculously small frying pans - plenty of them, but not a single one regular sized. Apart from that it was an OK stay, nothing special, but OK.

Room Tip: The walls are thin, so it's hard to recommend. You'll hear and be heard in any room.

We stayed at the hostel for 3 nights, overall it was very good, cheap for stockholm and convenient for the metro and shops right around the corner. The rooms have no windows so are completely dark at night but for us this was good and we slept well. Beds sre comfy and they provide sheets and towels included in the price. There is a really nice kitchen/communal if you want to save money by not eating out all the time. Lidl supermarket is round the corner, which is cheaper than ICA or Coop!!
Be prepared that this is not a typical 'youth' hostel, and there is a very strict no alcohol policy. So if you want a nice quiet place to stay this is fine, but if you want to party a lot I would go somewhere else.

This is my first stay in a hostel outside the UK, The Room had no windows so was very dark without a light on, but considering we stayed in the hostel for somewhere to sleep only, i cannot complain. Very cheap for a hostel considering the prices of hotels in Stockholm, They also give you lots of information on places to visit within the city.

We had a wonderful 3 days stay. The hostel is clean, quiet & comfortable with friendly receptionist. We had an extra bed in the room & still felt pretty comfortable. Located close to the metro station. Great prices! What more can one ask for

I stayed at the Stockholm Hostel for three nights recently and I was really surprised how clean, quiet and perfectly situated it was.The guy on reception was very polite and welcoming and the room spacious with a newly fitted shower room. Not having windows was a little like being in hibernation at times especially when leaving the room to find brilliant sunshine outside, saying this the air conditioning worked really well and the room was very comfortable.Anyone looking for a less expensive option should try it here and I would definitely stay again :)

The room was very clean and the personnel are very friendly. In particular, Robin was very helpful. He gave me many good tips about the city. The rooms have no windows, but the aeration system works well.

First thing first..... It's not a typical "hostel" where people get drunk and make noise!
It's very clean, peaceful and they have very strict rules to maintain the quality. Internet works flawlessly. Kitchen is big and very well equipped!
Guys at the reception were really nice and helpful.
Only drawback is many rooms lack windows (they mention it while booking) but that doesn't matter much as airconditioning works perfectly!
