“Quite high standard and matching prices”
Reviewed 5 September 2011

We were lucky and got a room on one of the far ends of the hotel, room number 325. The other members of the group with whom we were travelling did´t have a bath tub neighter a balcony in there room, but we had. The hotel food was expensive, but there was a pizzeria not far from the hotel, just across the street on the other side of a parkinglot. In summary: an quite expensive hotel with a good standard. NOTE: They reserve the amount your suppose to pay on your wisa-card at check in, so make sure you don't pay that again when you leave. in the later case you will have to wait a couple of days before you get the money back on you account and might have to call the hotell. But they're very friendly so I don't thing you have to worry. =)

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony and bath tub.

A great Hotel right off the train station. Very friendly staff, great rooms. Has a very nice pool and pool area. Very clean and a nice small restaurant attached with bar. Make sure you get the Stockholm card at the airport. Subway trips are very expensive and so are all site entrance fees. This hotel is 150 steps away from the train station, but you do not hear the train. The train brings you to slussen, main station in Stockholm, it is also the first or last stop of this train. Taxi fares are very expensive too, so try to go by subway from Central station to slussen and than slussen 2 more stops(Saltjobaden line) to your hotel. Enjoy your stay and enjoy a real Swedish breakfast!!!

Room Tip: Try to get a room not facing the main entrance

We area a family of 3 persons (husband, wife and 14 year old daughter) and recntly 2 nights recently (25 & 26 July 2011) in this hotel. The hotel is located in a newly developed locality near Sickla station, a little away from the City centre with a comfortable 10 minutes bus/train ride to Slussen. The hotel has free internet/wifi connectivity in rooms. The rooms are clean and having decent decor, though electric kettle was missing in the standard room. The breakfast was fresh, but with limited choice. Addition of hash browns and more variety of eggs (other than the bland full boiled eggs or scrambled eggs) will add more value to the breakfast.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included. We stayed only one night, but liked it very much. Location is good. There is a bus stop and railway station near the hotel.

This is an average hotel with great service. The staff were always helpful, even though some of them seemed a bit snobby at first. The bar and restaurant staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is huge and very good. The rooms were recently remodeled and in good condition. The doors are heavy and so each time your neighbors went in and out, you heard a loud slam and sometimes the walls were even jarred. It is not in the center of the city, but there is a train stop and several bus stops just at the end of the parking lot that run quite frequently. Lots of tour buses use this hotel, so be ready for long lines at check in/out if you arrive/leave when the bus tour does.

Very decent 3-4 star hotel in the outskirts of Stockholm. Don’t expect any great luxury, though. Review based on a one night stay in September’10 (background of spending 80+ nights per year in different hotels around the globe)

Location:
Hotel is located in rather quiet neighborhood but still well connected to the city centre since just nearby are bus stop and a station for the nice little old train Saltsjöbanan which IMHO is worth taking since it’s very convenient for accessing Slussen metro/bus station in a little bit charming way.

Nacka Sickla mall located across the street with a variety of shops & restaurants, including a good burger place called Texas Burger.

Room:
I had a “normal room” in 3rd floor which was rather modern and very clean, no marks of usage anywhere so obviously the room has been completely refurbished not so long ago. Bathroom had a waterfall showerhead which was a nice addition. Otherwise it was nothing special to write about but did its job well enough. Oh the sound insulation was good, didn’t hear anything from the other rooms.

Etc:
Breakfast was quite good with a big selection of various hot & cold stuff. Though I have to admit I didn’t find it quite the “super-duper über-breakfast” some reviewers have described it…

Didn’t try the restaurant otherwise.

Would I return there?
Yeah why not, I didn’t have anything really to complain about

Clean hotel budget-midrange class.
The food in the restaurant is overpriced and not worth the money.
I hade "Toast skagen" which was really poor.
Great pool, nice saunas. Clean rooms. Quiet.

The staff is nice but some of them talk to each other instead of helping the guests...
