Stayed 2 nights and liked a lot. Functional hotel, very quiet room and nice view from the 14th floor. Little bit paint on the black marks on the walls and carpet cleaning (wine spot) in the room 1414 and it will be perfect.

Room Tip: Higher floors have nice view.

Really nice hotel, modern design located not so far away from the main Train station. The room was little bit small but clean, it was at the 14th floor, really nice view of the city. The breakfast was ok, lots of different food, modern structure. Good ratio quality/price.

It is ideal for conventi in and meetings since there are lots of meeting rooms and big spaces.

I stayed for four nights and found everything I needed in terms of the room, bathroom and restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast with lovely breads, fish, cheeses, fresh fruit and so on. The Heaven 23 restaurant has exceptional modern Scandinavian cuisine and knowledgable servers with views for miles around.... and don't forget to take the direct elevator up to it for a tummy turning ride! The only downside was the room was rather cool and my hands and feet got cold whilst I was working at the desk. As it is a very large hotel, do not expect personal service, greetings etc. one might expect in a smaller establishment.

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor for lovely views.

The original west tower has classic scandinavian design rooms, well equiped, functional, reasonable size with real wood fittngs and quality furnishings. Great city views from higher floors. Located opposite Liseberg, a walk away from centre of this small city and the trendier hotels there. At 120 euros a night with breakfast great value compared to Stockholm !
Part of a conference complex the Breakfast area is a large utiltarian area but was quiet with mid level quality and range of food to cater for large nordic groups.

Room Tip: west tower, floor 15 or higher

I see no reasons not to give this hotel top marks. Its is modern and comfortable with very good quality of sleep. Breakfast is up to the usual high-standard Scandinavian kind of help-yourself-with-the-lots, and the breakfast rooms are very large. We got a room way up, and the views of the city could have been great, if not for the fog. The hotel is slightly out of the centre, but very convenient for Liseberg, the fair and the cultural quarter at the top of the long Kungsportavenue.

Stayed here one night for a convention. The convention center is part of the hotel so this makes it very convenient. It is an easy drive with a taxi from the airport. Between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
The hotel is large and they are adding an extra tower to it. Upon check in we were helped very efficiently. Rooms were given, even with an upgrade, boarding passes for the next day where printed out and a reservation for their heaven23 restaurant was done in a second.
The room was great, excellent view and no noise from the construction work to the new tower.
Breakfast, when having an executive or a (junior) suite is on their 23rd floor, where the nice restaurant is. Breakfast there is great. Fresh, calm and quiet and great staff.

Room Tip: Book at least an executive room. It gives you access to the breakfast on the top floor.

This must be my 10th visit to Goteborg and Gothia Towers hotel. As usual the hotel had all the details in order. The right room reserved and the packages I had send in advance for TUR were there and awaiting me.
The tower or the floor I stayed in must have been redone somewhat because there was a pervasive chemical smell on my floor and in the room.
The food was excellent both for breakfast and dinner and the service was, with one exception very good.
WIFI worked throughout the complex and the adjacent convention center. They are adding an additional tower of rooms right next door but I must say i did not notice any noise .
I will definitely return next year to this business hotel.

Room Tip: book a room away from the construction
