We had a lovely welcome. Charlene really was so lovely and very helpful. It was a shame that while we were there it rained quite heavily, and the surrounding area (sloped) was fairly messy and muddy. I'm sure this would not have been the case in drier weather. We enjoyed our stay, the units had everything we needed, however it was a real inconvenience not being able to keep the car right outside the log cabin. The car park is massive, so parking wasn't a problem but it would have been so much better had we been able to keep our car right outside. This may not be an issue for some people, in which case this is a delightful holiday campsite.
