Great location right on the main street, beautiful big room with nice new bathroom and fully equiped kitchenette. They change the towels everyday. You can check in whenever you want. Way cheaper than hotels.
Charming hotel on a great street in Reykjavik. Walkability was great, fresh towels daily, and located near great restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Reykjavik or looking for a home base to venture around the country.
Close to the centre of Reykjavic and within walking distance of the main bus station. A Bonus supermarket is just down the road which is handy if you want to take advantage of the cooking facilities supplied in the room. We were given full instructions prior to arrival on how to get the room key so this was not a problem for us. Comfy bed and nice shower. Would recommend if looking for reasonably priced accommodation.
Big room and clean room. Very nice decorated, not your avarage hotelroom, this was much more cozy. The kitchen is full equipped. If you have a perfume allergy, beware of the beddings, it smells strong of detergent. Good prize. Nice staff.
Great room (no.1) door to an outdoor area was nice to have. Supplied with tea coffee sugar and salt. Close to the Bonus shop, on the main street, we never struggled for parking outside(paid, but low cost) great privacy. Always clean towels. Warm room. Nice space. Defiantly recommend.
This is a unique hotel in that it tries to run with no staff!. Upon our arrival, a waitress in the first floor restaurant (very gracious) was our introduction. Showed us how to use the special phone to get further instructions to get our room key. There was no one there to answer our questions. The net effect was that our one day to sightsee in Reykjavik was lost. I did receive an e-mail that filled me in on the surprises that I received AFTER I returned home. It, of course, was too late. Although the room was adequate, the experience was not a favorable one for us.

We advise that you ask bus driver for drop-off at the Bus Stop Number 9 - Hlemmur.
Our Reception is open 24h and located a 5 minutes walking distance from OK Studios.
SELF check-in starts at 3:00PM.
Upon arrival to OK Studios/Staff Restaurant there is a doorphone connected directly to our remote reception on the left side of the front door, we will buzz you into the restaurant. Afterwards you can use the lobby phone to be in relation with our 24 hours reception. We will give you access to the safe in order to pick up your keys.
