Been there 3 times for lunch now. Served quickly enough for the break, "menu du jour" fairly priced, pieces of cake as a nice dessert was fair priced too. Location is central, atmosphere is really nice, waiters friendly. On the first floor they also sell pastries, bread etc. to take away. Will return regularly

This is a small place that you may miss when passing by Avenue Monterey. Cake and bread lovers may stop for a take away but one (especially visitors) should not underestimate the room on the second floor for a sit down service. The room is wood dominated and there is a huge table for groups or for sharing. For those not familiar with this chain, you may have a hot drink or juice, all day breakfast and choices for sandwiches or dishes. The variety is not like the one at a restaurant but should be adequate for a meal during the day. The service is good even on busy Saturdays. Please note that there is no elevator, but if you are lucky to find it free, there is a table on the ground floor.

All sandwiches they have are tasty and made on demand. I recommend fromage blanc, tomates séchées et ciboulette.

Breakfast was lovely, you get to choose from all the marmalades that are there, yogurt is homemade, fresh orange juice is tasty and the glass is really full. The severs are always smiling and the overall ambiance is really nice.

They also serve lunches that I still need to try.

Went with a friend for just coffee and croissant. It was quiet and relaxed since it was empty. The service was fine, the prices were inexpensive, so I was quite impressed. The other one near Place de Paris is also good.

I was here a few years ago when it was busier, and it was bad. So either, it's best to go when it's quiet if you want good service, or they have put some thought into the client's experience. :-)

A bakery selling bread rolls and a few pastries on the main floor with take out and limited seating. More seating on the second floor. Some individual tables and some giant communal tables. They have a limited menu of sandwiches, quiches and salads, plus various drinks. The prices are inexpensive and the food is OK. Definitely a student hangout or folks searching for a quick lunch at bargain prices. Located just a block away from the tourist magnet of Place d'Armes.
