Not so far from main attractions of Vaduz you can fing a good comfortable hotel with atmosphere of 70th. Personnel is helpful, rooms a spacious and clean, breakfast is good, road afoot from town centre is 5 min uphill through a quiet suburb

This hotel is in a walking distance from Schaan central bus station. Service is very friendly and breakfast is good. WiFi works well. Rooms are basic and a bit dated but the TV channel selection is as good as it gets. Beds are not the best possible but not bad either and I cannot complain about the overall sleep quality. It takes about 50 minutes to walk to Vaduz. Schaanerhof is slightly dated but still worth the money.

The hotel was very conveniently situated for us, half way between the house of our friends in Schaan and the venue for a party we were attending. Vaduz is about half an hour's walk. The hotel is nice enough and reasonably priced (for Liechtenstein). We paid £130 per night for a largish family room with three beds, which included breakfast. The bathroom was modern and efficient. The decor generally is a little tired and lacklustre but adequate and pleasant enough. Breakfast was continental style with a selection of meats and cheeses, cereals, breads, pastries and fruit. Eggs are offered on request. There is no air conditioning in the rooms BUT air conditioning is apparently banned in Liechtenstein hotel rooms! We had a ground floor balcony with a partial view across the Rhine towards the Swiss mountains – the upper floors have better views! There is ample car parking. Our one gripe (hardly the hotel's fault) was the constant noise of nearby church bells… regularly on the quarter hour, and sometimes rather repetitive!

Room Tip: Choose a room on the upper floors with a balcony facing the Swiss Alps for a spectacular view!

This hotel in Liechtenstein profiles itself as a business hotel. We were there as holiday guests. From a business hotel, you might expect things like airco: not present in the rooms. In the weekend (no business), the hotel is in a sort of standby mode. There is a breakfast buffet of course (reasonable), but no restaurant dinner.
In our room, the Minibar was almost empty. It was a mess, with half-filled and empty bottles. Apart from a mini bottle of Moet & Chandon (50 CHF) there was not much to enjoy. Luckily, we found someone who could fetch a white wine from the bar.
I would say, a little upgrade could do no harm. An ash tray in the room suggests that you may smoke (that is so previous century). On the other hand, the free wifi is OK.
All in all, not very positive

The hotel is well maintained and clean; rooms are simple but adequate.

The people are great. If you have a problem with the internet they reboot the router for you. That sort of willingness to help.

The meals are good. Always ask the chef what's on special and take his advice; I had the veal liver and it was great. The continental breakfast is more than adequate.

Location is good; quiet, and with the great views of the mountains. Parking on the premises is convenient too.
