Vuni palace hotel is nice place for a resort type holiday. Swimming pool is big and clean and there is also a small indoor swimming pool in the hotel. Dining terrace is looking over the sea and during dinner you can observe a beautiful sunset there. Food is very tasteful and selection of food is really good. Rooms are more 3+ stars than 4.5 but everything is clean and staff take good care of that. Everything else is 4* level. It's really worth of its price.

The location of this hotel isn't great but the views from the bar/restaurant are stunning and it's only a TL15 taxi ride through a run down area to reach the centre. I'm really split on this hotel because some staff are extremely pleasant but the woman on reception wouldn't even acknowledge me despite my limited Turkish. The public areas are spotless and well maintained. HOWEVER, the reason I would never stay here again is because the rooms are from the eighties, antique TV's, filthy stains on the arms of the chairs, balcony doors not closing securely, carpets not fitting and black grim in the bathroom. See pictures. We asked to see another room but that was even worse. The mini bar and safe are extra even if you are all inclusive. Disappointing when you book a hotel billed as 5 star.

Room tip: choose a different hotel

Room was good. Food was good. Went for the weekend and there was no issues! Plenty of parking, very clean. Easy to get to. Staff were friendly and helpful and theres a casino attached to the hotel but you cant hear anything from there. Its about 10 min drive from the main centre where shops, restaurants and harbour where the castle is.

Stayed here with a large group including 3 young children.

Pros
Very clean
Lovely staff
Nice hotel room, massive beds
Maid was lovely and very efficient
Pool was lovely
Very quiet hotel so good to relax not very crowded at all which was a bonus for me

Cons
Food was the same every single day and night, a few people complained
Only some drinks are included in the all inclusive, be careful to check as you could be hit with a huge bill during check out and the drinks are very expensive
Your only allowed Ice cream between 3.30pm-5pm
Hardly any entertainment during the evenings, was very boring unless we ventured into a neighbouring sister hotel
Hotel room cards stopped working at least 6 times during our 10 day stay which was a pain
Building work going on, the roads leading up to the hotel look very bad

I don't think I would return just because the all inclusive isn't really all inclusive and there's no entertainment in the evenings, we were bored every night. I couldn't fault the staff though, very nice people.

The hotel was really not a five star hotel. The food was poor , every day the same , and not really clean. The staff in the hotel was nice but we was disappointed with the hygienic. All inclusive is not a good idea in this hotel.
