Just returned from staying at The Elias for my daughters wedding It was the most perfect day imaginable .The attention to detail of all staff wonderful, Dominique from hotel so patient and made sure everyone and everything we needed was available and always with a wonderful smile .The Tui wedding planner Belinda was lovely and guided us through the day Even having tissues ready at critical times Thank you both , The hotel is in a wonderful setting The gardens especially lovely, The food and service from all hotel staff excellent .To many to mention but from the lovely lady who kept our room beautifully clean to all reception ,Porter, bar staff and guest services everyone was so willing and keen to make our holiday more than we could have dreamed And yes in some areas the hotel is maybe needing a bit of care but after first day you don’t see that as the atmosphere and staff make you feel special I would stay in Elias over any faceless glitzy place anytime Is lovely that staff remember names and always greet you as a friend

Never had an "all inclusive" holiday before and in fact not had an hotel holiday for several years (usually villas & cruises) so went to a family wedding at this hotel. Firstly, the location is amazing in every respect, the pool and surrounding areas large, open and a plentiful supply of sun beds, etc.,

Our room with a balcony and sea view was truly spectacular. The room itself was most spacious and kept immaculate by the daily cleaning staff.

The buffet dining room was ample, well laid out with a choice of dining inside or outside and the buffet itself offering a varied and plentiful of a choice of quality dishes. Plus there are two "speciality" restaurants available.

Every member of staff, from every department was helpful, friendly and professional in every way.

Great holiday, thanks tyo everybody at the Elias Beach who made our stay so special.

Return visit and hotel just as good as last year. I only gave it 4 stars and that may be a bit unfair as it was the room I was unhappy with but that may be the fault of Jet 2 and not Elias Beach. I ungraded this year from last years superior room with sea view to a junior suite. There was no visible difference in the room at all and my 11 year old daughter still had to sleep on a sofa despite paying a significant upgrade charge. The staff are even more amazing than last year. No waiting time at all for a drink and snack served later on was a tasty bonus. My son is pescatarian and thought he may have a limited menu but that was certainly not the case. There were loads of choices constantly being topped up by the chefs. The entertainment team were fantastic. Special thanks to Angel for looking after Niamh so well. She is a bit inbetween at 11 years old but Angel kept her and the younger ones entertained perfectly. At night she let Niamh sit with her and watch her working the computer system for the AllStars which kept her happy. No problem with sunbeds. There was a big wedding party there when we arrived and they were so friendly, speaking to all the other guests round about them. Yes a lot of weddings when we were there but had absolutely no impact on us at all. Lifeguards are a bonus. They will sort out any problems or issues you have immediately. Service at pool bar is great and sandwiches and salads are fab. Although this is our second visit we did not realise that the main restaurant served snacks through the day. We only discovered that on our last day. They are fantastic - the spaghetti bolognese and chicken nuggets are the best. I wish we'd known about this earlier as it would have saved on room service. Actually the room service was fantastic too. Fast and food hot. It was served in a hot trolley and was obviously freshly cooked. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a family holiday and we would hope to return

My husband and I have returned from this very poor 4* hotel which I wouldn't rate it as a 4* we have been to many 3 and 4* hotels and this one doesn't come nowhere near. we have been going aboard since 2001 so have been to some lovely hotels but this is the worst one ever do yourselves a favour dont stay here. on arrival we were told our room had been upgraded. id like to see the normal standard room if this was a upgraded room. limited sea view overlooking a dusty carpark which is in the process of being developed in to apartments. it was clean but towels were very rough like drying yourself with sandpaper. and floor & balcony had never been mopped from previous people we could feel sand underneath our feet it was like this for the whole 7days.the mini bar in room well if you call it a mini bar its only stocked up on arrival of water coke and sprite. but after that its only water daily. so really its just a fridge. so dont get too excited There was a neighbouring dog which would bark from 3-5am I know this isn't the hotels fault but very annoying. someone else mention this in there review. The food wasn't hot only warm not much choice they do Cypriot Italian & Indian food this is ok if you like spicy food but some of us our stomach cant take this food and no alternative available unless you want salad or chicken nuggets and chips. the kids choice is very limited chicken nuggets and chips this is fine if you like this kind of food very poor for a 4* hotel. There are plenty of sunbeds no need to get up early to get one there are also free sun beds on the beach. but the beach to left of paradise blue restaurant is clean and is cleaned very day & bins emptied but the beach to the right is small but not kept clean by the hotel staff empty bottles left in the bins from the day before and not emptied by the hotel staff. they cater for weddings which we saw lots but personally I wouldn't want to get married here very poor 4*.been to better hotels. The all stars entertainment team were very good & the shows they put on are great they really work hard. The jet2 rep Yiannis is very rude and arrogant he was as much use as a chocolate teapot. we got more information from a local on the beach who was more helpful. you can get the number 30 bus outside hotel to the marina / old port which is one euro.50 per person each way but after 9pm it changes to two euros.50 per person each way. Limassol itself is very quiet not much there shops are very spaced out one shop then 15,000 steps later you find another one there are more in the old port head straight through the middle of restaurants go past castle over roundabout with tree in middle go straight over and head through the little streets lots of shops through there. lots of gift shops in that area. if you want lots of shopping etc then Limassol not the place. the jet 2 rep was so bad on our return home after our lunch the porter and taxi driver was looking for us as there was a taxi booked for us which we knew nothing about jet 2 rep didn't think to let us know which is pretty bad. also just to let you know where isn't no resort check in at this hotel not like stated in there brochure when we questioned Yiannis was so rude to us about resort check in. we had a room on the 3rd floor but the carpet is very dirty and dated stains on the carpet which were never cleaned. The hotel is very tired looking its in need of a total refurbishment
we wouldn't be returning to Limassol or Elias beach hotel worst holiday ever.

This was my first visit to Cyprus and on the whole the hotel didn’t disappoint.
On arrival great reception staff, gave you all the information you needed for your stay.
The rooms were spotless, although I feel they really could do with modernising, but they were very clean and tidy and there was complimentary slippers, shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels, all that you would expect, they also stock your fridge with bottled water, also as one off stock, they put a bottle of coke and sprite in there too but once you drink it they don’t replenish it, only the water.
You don’t need travel adapters, the plugs in the room are British plugs, so no need for adapters!
Food was nice, probably liked to have seen a bit more variety, there was a few times I struggled a bit to find something I like, and I’m not a fussy eater either, but a few in our party said the same (there was 30 of us on the holiday as it was a wedding) but the food I did eat was lovely, no complaints on the quality of food, just the variety.
Pool was nice, lots of sun loungers, and a towel service too, all you do is take your pool card and swap it for a towel.
The entertainments team
These guys are unreal, they are the most hard working professional people I’ve ever seen, led by their manager Tash, these guys work so so hard, they are worth their weight in gold to this hotel, they provide daily activities, and a kids club and then
Carry on to provide a evening kids club and cabaret for all the family to enjoy, their quality of performance is second to none, vocally excellent and obviously work so hard to put on some quality performances for everyone every night, they do have some guest artists too, I hope the hotel management sits down with Tash and her team which is, Aiden, Angel, Megan and Emily and congratulates them and gives them the credit they deserve and a whopping payrise. Some of these performers will go on to work in mainstream entertainment they certainly have the talent.
The purpose of the visit was my sister was getting married and it was fabulous, great ceremony on the pier and a fantastic night was had by all!
All in all, a great visit, well worth a trip here.
