We chose this apartment feeling it was good value for what we wanted to spend and after a week there certainly agree that was the case.
The landlord was responsive to our requests and even provided a cell phone so that we could more easily connect with him and make calls within the country.
The pictures are accurate and the space was excellent.
Having a washing machine was an important feature to us as we were coming from a 10 day bus tour in other country :-). There is no dryer but good drying racks and two excellent balconies. There is also no dishwasher which was fine with us.
Location was good and it was nice to be in a neighbourhood rather than in a resort complex.
The one big downfall is the bed and bath linens. There were not nice but the landlord has assured me he has replaced them. If this is important to you than check on that before signing.
Other than the last point I would recommend this property.
the other thing is if you have not been to Cyprus before you need to know that Limassol is shown on most highway signs as Lemosses. We didn't know that and got really lost in the dark.

We were very happy with the apartment. The bed we slept in (in the larger bedroom) was superbly comfortable - probably the best we've ever found in a holiday apartment. The bed in the smaller bedroom looked equally good.. The kitchen has a good modern oven and gas hob, so self-catering was easy. The lounge has a really big TV and a DVD player, so that took care of the home entertainment. And the bathroom has a deep bath and plenty of hot water at the end of the day, so we were able to soak tired muscles after a hard day walking up in the Troodos mountains. The apartment is in a very quiet area, but only 10 minutes from the motorway.

This place was perfect for our holiday in Limassol. Comfortable beds, clean apartment, good location. Eddy the owner arranged our taxi from the airport and bought some shopping supplies that we requested. He even advised us on activities in the local area. The wifi is also an excellent inclusion. All in all great value for money. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The apartment is close enough o the center of town. It is also close to the main coast road between the port and old Limassol, from where a bus is easily accessible to take you wherever you want to go.

The manager of the property was very friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. The apartment was very clean and WIFI was definitely a plus.

Stayed here during my holiday last summer with my girlfriend, very spacious, clean and well kept apartment, and close enough to get anywhere in the city within minutes. Really great value for money, I'd highly recommend it!
