I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping does a great job cleaning every day. The hotel staff are efficient and friendly, and minor issues are always sorted out quickly when I report them. Breakfast has a very good range of options to set you up for the day. Overall, this is good value and has everything I need when in Limassol on either business or pleasure. Happy to give top rating again.

Even after complaining about the greasy cold fried eggs, the powdered scrambled eggs, the poor excuse for bacon barely cooked and fat saturated deep fried sausages.
It has not improved.
The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The hotel was very good and great location. You can go to the beach either on foot (10 min) or by car. The rooms were great although the bathroom needs a bit renovation. The breakfast was rich and perfect. Great view from the balcony. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The hotel looks good. The front desk is efficient and the breakfast was fine. the room size was OK and the soundproofing is good.

The location is far from the center or the sea shore but some good restaurants are nearby and the parking is free. The prices of the lobby bar were very adequate.

The drawbacks:
1. There was some problem with the key cards to enter the rooms though the help of the staff was provided.
2. The bed was very hard and the pillows were not comfortable (hard with synthetic filling).
3. The light of the fire alarm was blinking all the night: really annoying.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to a malfunction on the key cards reader. We were indeed experiencing some problems, but gladly the problem has been resolved! In regards to the rest of your comments, we would like to inform you that all mattresses and pillows have been recently replaced with new ones, in order to improve the quality and services for our guests. We are really sorry that we did not managed to meet your expectations as well as expected. We do hope though, that we can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. Hope that we will be able to have the chance to turn your experience around. It would be such a pleasure to welcome you back to our hotel!

All was very good with this hotel, I stayed three nights and everything was great.

The breakfast in the morning was good and the bar service in the evening was fantastic.

I will stay there again and I could not believe how good the price was when I checked out.
