Stayed at Villa Eleni for two weeks between 12th - 26th October 2011. We have 3 children 5 and under so I've written the review from the perspective of those staying here with young children.
We booked direct through the Andreas website. Everything went smoothly with the booking and the taxi (mini van) which Andreas had booked for us was waiting at the airport for us (60 euros.)
On arrival at the villa everything was as described. High chair and cot for the baby as well as a fridge full of basic necessities such as milk, bread, sandwich fillers and cereals. Certainly enough to keep you going until you can make it to the supermarket.
We didn't book a car but if you are staying here during the peak summer months I would say is a must, but the cooler October weather was very pleasant to walk around in. The villa was clean and tidy and the pool was a big hit with the children. The purpose built BBQ was ideal for those nights when we ate in and the main 'Philpoos' supermarket in Coral Bay had a fantastic butchery section which catered well for BBQ's.
The villas themselves are only a couple of hundred yards from the sea but if you want a sandy safe beach for the children then you'll need to use the Coral Bay beach approximately 5 -8 minutes walk away. If you walked there following the road it would take you longer but Andreas was very helpful in showing us the various short cuts on our first day. The beach is great with calm waters and is shallow for a considerable distance.
The Paneratti hotel is 200yds away and has a great pool (indoor and out) which you will be able to use. We found ourselves using this pool quite frequently as the kids loved it but also over a two stay provided something different. The drinks and meals in the hotel are reasonably priced with a beer costing about 40 cents more than you would pay in the main town. The food was good with bar snacks available throughout the day with the restaurant opening at 19:00pm each night. There's a small mini market attached to the hotel stocking the basics. It's expensive here as you would expect but is ideal for milk and newspapers etc.
Coral Bay town itself is a 20 minute walk from the villa or 25 minutes with kids in tow! If you haven't got a car then you can pick the bus up from Coral Bay beach which will take you direct to the town which will save you time and effort.
We relied entirely on the buses during our stay. They are absolutely fantastic and cheap. A daily 2 euro pass will allow you to hop on and off as many buses as you like. They pass through all the main areas run as frequently as every 10 minutes.
The only real place to do your bulk shopping is the main supermarket in Coral Bay named 'Philioos.' It stocks absolutely everything you will need and for those of you who will stay without a car it's worth knowing that the supermarket will run both you and your shopping back to the villa.
If you are travelling with children then I would suggest that you put a few DVD's in for them for those occassions you may want to keep them out of the sun for an hour or two.
During our two week stay we had no problems at all with the villa. Andreas was regularly floating about and available for queries or assistance. He was very helpful and genuinely wanted guests to enjoy their stay. I can't fault the place and I would definately consider returning again.

I have kept putting doing this review off simply as I wanted to give it the time it deserves!! We stayed in the Eleni and it was stunning. It was spotlessly clean, in immaculate condition and with every amenity we could have wanted.

The pool is fantastic to an extent that my father-in-law, who hadn't been in a pool for 20 years couldn't resist it and my 1 year old daughter was in it at every opportunity. The barbeque provided us with great meals in and the short journey to Coral Bay provided us with great meals out.

The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything needed in it for an enthusiastic gastronaut like myself.

All of the showers were lovely to use and the air-conditioning was very effective and unbelievably quiet.

In fact this beautiful cul-de-sac of properties that these villas encompass is so tranquil that we left here feeling totally relaxed (which was well needed in our normally hectic schedule).

Now the best part of all - Andreas and family. They are not at all intrusive of your holiday but at the same time are always there if/when you need help or advice. I got an ear infection in the sea whilst away and rather than just give me directions to the hospital which is all I was asking for Andreas actually drove me the 25mins to make sure I got the treatment I needed (well over and above the call of duty). There was plenty of things available for my baby daughter including high chair and cot (provided on request) but Andreas lovely wife and daughters (whose names I'm ashamed to say elude me) brought her extra toys to play with.

We are usually Thailand junkies but after this holiday we will definitely be back and the sooner the better.

Thanks so much guys and apologies it's taken so long to write this review.

This is our third visit to these villas which I think says it all about how great they are! The decor is homely yet very modern and the kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. The cleaning standard is always excellent and the gardens and pool area are maintained beautifully. We hired a car so that we could easily get to the shops and lovely local beaches which we would recommend. The built in BBQ is wonderful for lazy evenings in the villa and it has a sink at the side which comes in really handy. The sun loungers are also really comfortable. The owner lives closeby and this shows in the close attention to detail and maintenance that you often don't get with other villas. Thanks again Andreas for a wonderful holiday...see you next year!

Just come back from a 2 week stay at Sea Point Villas with my family including our 5 month old grandaughter. The Villa was great, everything that you need was there, pool just great especially for the baby. We hired a car which i would recommend especially if you are not too keen in walking especially when it is hot, it just made life a lot easier and we were able to go farther afield. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend these villas to anyone. Andreas is normally on hand if you have any problems. We had a problem with one of the lights in the bedroom and Andreas was there straight away to rectify the problem. Very poeaceful location but not too far out.

Just arrived back from these villas and would definitely recommend them. It was our first extended family holiday here and we simply loved it. The villas are of a high standard and to be honest cannot be faulted.
Corralia beach can be walked to in 5 to 10 mins ....its not hardship especailly when its a nice beach, with lovely clear blue sea. The beach here is well appointed.
The local bus service to the restaurant strip, Paphos harbour and the water park is superb and very cheap- excellent if you dont want to hire a car..
Thanks Andreas for a superb holiday location and accomdation !

Anyone with half an ounce of common sense would realise that it is advisable to have a car here. You could walk to Coral bay, but not in August.
The villa was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Efficient air-con, comfortable beds.
The pool was tested every morning by the owner or his staff. No debris entered the pool, but as it is surrounded by lavender I suppose it is possible to have the odd sprig in it. the pool temperature was ideal.
I would have appreciated a booklet detailing how everything worked, especially the TV. For your info, press the av button on the top until you get to video 2 channel, then it will work. Limited channels, but fine for holidays.
Local beach at Corallia apartments sandy and quiet, beds and umbrellas for rent.
The road to the apartments was being re-sanded as we left.
We really appreciated the location, very quiet and away from Coral Bay, but I think a car is essential.

We just arrived back from a week in Villa Christoper (number 5).

Well what can we say? Perfect in every way.

The villa was spacious & clean. The pool was big enough, regularly maintained.

The bedrooms were fine, the bathrooms modern

The facilities outside for BBQ were good and used everyday

We will be back! For certain....

The kids loved it - we had a very relaxing time.

Andreas was responsive and attentive - I guess if you live in one of the villa's yourself that is just proof that they are top notch.

Thanks Andreas - see you again soon!
