We chose the apartment for its location in Paphos which is very central. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed - a great stock of information leaflets about the island and every home comfort. We could walk to the Old or New town very easily and there were lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, also shops for buying food and the shopping centre next door has a supermarket. It was colder than we had expected but we still found plenty to do - the ten pin bowling alley is just up the road for a rainy day (avoid Tuesday and Thursday mornings when it is booked out by the British Legion) and we had a hire car so could easily go further afield. We had a lovely day trip to the Akamas peninsula and ate in Latsi where there are lovely seafood restaurants. Our best eating experience was undoubtedly the St George Tavern which you need transport to get to but is definitely worth the trip - we went there en route to the airport on our last day and enjoyed a fantastic lunch sitting out in the sun. The apartment itself is fully equipped and if the weather had been warmer we would have loved the balconies and the roof terrace.
We really appreciated the information provided before we arrived and all the helpful contact from the owner.More
