My family and I spent a wonderful week in Poseidon Beach Villa which is part of a 3-villa complex. We could see from Google Earth images that the complex had a lot of privacy as no other building surround it and it is on the waterfront. On booking we were worried that the villas did not have privacy between them but Yianni (the owner) assured us that they took several steps to secure privacy when designing the complex. On arrival, all our worries disappeared and everything that Yianni described was exactly as the real live picture. If what you are looking for in a villa is privacy and relaxation without being away from amenities then these villas fit the bill perfectly. Only a mile or so away from the main strip at Coral Bay with regular bus service taking you there in 2 minutes.

We had a wonderful holiday and we are looking forward to go back again.

We stayed at the Posideon villa with our family to celebrate the marriage of my brother and sister in law. The villa was amazing and looked just like the pictures showed it would. The sea lapping on the beach was a wonderful sound to wake up to each morning and the sunset each night was a sight to behold. This was such a special holiday for us as we got to meet our family from Australia and spend some lovely quality time with our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and paddling in the sea. We will definitely be back!!

As a regular visitor to this villa and location I cannot fault the service given by Yianni and his father. Everything is catered for and your own individual requests to make your holiday stress free and enjoyable are all catered for. Such a lovely location there in nothing nicer than waking up to the beautiful view across the sea to the horizon! Sitting outside for breakfast listening to the waves in the beach is so relaxing. A walk along the beach such a short distance away. All the facilities this villa has makes it a home from home feeling and not one of.a HOLIDAY let. We have been here as a repeat visitor with family and thoroughly enjoyed the experience as we wouldn't return if not. The shops and supermarkets a short distance away. A car is recommended but if you prefer there is a bust stop a short distance from the drive entrance and regular service. Seeing a review about burglary All I can say is that wherever you stay in the world you need to be careful with your own security and at holiday times this is no different to you own home. Cyprus is a lovely place to visit and Yianni's villas definitely make this la soecial holiday. Try it and you may not want to leave!

Our " extended family " of six adults and two grandchildren enjoyed an idyllic week at Poseidon villa and my wife and I stayed on for a further four days. The setting is stunning, with the beach a few minutes away and the villa itself offers all that one might want, from pool with plentiful and relaxing loungers to the interior with so many thoughtful touches. It is very clear that Yianni has invested a good deal of time and effort into ensuring that his guests really enjoy their stay and leave with every intention of returning.
With a location some three kilometres from Coral Bay and with easy access to Paphos a leisurely breakfast followed by coffee at Cato Paphos harbour and a return for an al fresco lunch sets one up quite nicely for a snooze by the pool before viewing the magnificent sunsets.
Mention must also be made of Yianni's father, Stelios, ever helpful ; a maintenance man who seems to turn his hand to most eventualities ; and cheerful and friendly cleaning ladies.

We loved our stay here and none of us wanted to go home! The Villa was set out really well and we loved that there were so many different areas to relax and to eat in. The garden and pool were well maintained, and we were well looked after throughout our stay. Yianni answering and helping us with any queries from the time of enquiring, through to booking and throughout our stay. The sea view from the villa and the garden were absolutuely breathtaking - in fact so relaxing it was hard to go out anywhere! Though if we did go out it was very easy with the excellent bus service a few minutes walk away and every 10 minutes a bus! The outdoor barbecue was fantastic as was the kitchen - though it took us a while to find where everything went as there was such good storage! The sea was different every day which made our stay even more exciting ! Beautiful sunshine, fantastic accomodation and hosts, breathtaking sea views and internet included that worked made me want to stay forever! Would definately recommend if you want an easy, relaxing holiday with the best sea views! The photos on the website are very accurate, though it is even more stunning when you get there. Will definately be back!

This is our third stay in the Posiedon villa and it never fails to amaze me, from the moment you see the view.
You can't beat a lazy lie in looking at your view to forget the daily grind you left behind.
Yianni and his father are always so helpful and any requests are always carried out if at all possible.
Was pleased to see Yalli cat again as we had fed her on our first visit but she didn't come to see us last year
The villa is well equipped with all you need and a quick walk along the track to the kiosk isn't a problem if you need any extras.
We will most definitely be back for a fourth visit x
