My mum and I stayed for 2 weeks and couldn't really fault the place. Yes it is a little tired but they are in the process of updating the rooms and balconies. The studio room we had was plenty big enough, on top floor overlooking the side road. The only noise we heard was when people would talk and cars would go by in the car park of the fish restaurant outside. the pool is clean, albeit rather cold but still refreshing. being here in November it was very quiet and relaxing but you obviously don't get the luxuries of an open pool bar. we didn't opt for breakfast, talking to other guests some enjoyed it and some didn't. you walk 2 mins over the road to Fiesta for it. The supermarket connected to the apartments is handy and you get 5% discount on anything you buy with unlimited uses as long as you show your voucher. We noticed that the cleaners changed our towels every day for the first 3 or so days and then this stopped.. so we left a note asking for clean ones after they hadn't been changed in 3 days. They only really make the bed and mop the floor. Ashtrays weren't emptied, balcony wasn't swept and sinks weren't touched. Overall we would stay here again. You get what you pay for, but we had hired a car for our 2 week stay so were happy to use this place as a base!

Stayed in the Pandream for a week.
Our room was large with kitchen living room two balconies and a nice sized bedroom it was clean but it was so dark and dingy not nice to sit out on the balcony and have a glass of wine even the type of room you just want to get out of as soon as possible. The rooms were tired /basic and in need of some TLC. There was a hairdryer in the room and a safe (which cost 2euros a day) aircon was free if you wanted an iron and ironing board you ask reception
The apartments are quite central for bars and restaurants a bus stop over the road buses to the harbour cost 1.5 euros and ran frequently.
The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas properly the best feature of these apartments.
We had an apartment on the second floor I don’t know if it’s the way they are built but as a light sleeper I could hear every noise people coming in banging doors people being sick coughing etc. I really struggled to get a good night’sleep all week.
Would not return.

Room tip: Ask for a room on the third floor more daylight and brighter

Having looked at a few apartment options in Paphos we settled on Pandream and were really pleased with it. It's a pleasant 10/15 minute walk from the main restaurant/ bar area and the room was quiet despite being near a few lively venues. The apartment was spacious and clean with a large balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of parking.

average room, with air conditioning. balcony overlooked the pool and had almost 100% sun. room was cleaned most days. Room basic but comfortable with large shower. Although Bed and breakfast offered the breakfast was outsourced to a local restaurant about 100 yards away, Fiesta, where the staff and service was very good. For airport transfers there is a bus service approx every 80 mins for 1.5 euros against 35 euros for a taxi

Room tip: nothing particular

I had booked one room through an agency and one by telephone. Only the agency booked room was available and my daughter had to share with my wife and me.
Access to the room was via a concrete spiral staircase without a handrail - not good for two mid seventies old codgers.

Room tip: Ask about room access.
