“Travelling with a 1 year old baby - fantastic!”
Reviewed April 28, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Firstly, Sophie was very helpful and attentive right from the start. When I was looking for places to stay I read a lot of reviews to try and find what/where was baby friendly so I will focus on that in my review.

The villa - it has 4 bedrooms - the basement bedroom is huge and has a small football table, some play mats and toy bricks. (I don't think there are photos of this room- you should put some on Sophie!) We actually put the baby down here as it was cool, quiet and there weren't any mosquitos. (We took the monitor as we all sleep better if we're in different rooms).
We were worried about the pool area and stairs not being baby- proofed but in reality it wasn't a problem as long as someone was watching the baby at all times.
There's also a big terrace at the front of the house which has high walls so is very baby-safe and we did go there if we didn't want to be on high alert at all times!
The travel cot has an additional mattress which was obviously comfy - our baby slept through the night every night which was amazing!!!!
There is also a high chair if you want it.
The view from the villa is stunning and you can access a beach just off the garden but it's small and we never saw anyone using this one.

The area - you can walk very easily from the villa into coral bay. All the restaurants are on the road (not sea view) but there are some lovely Restaurants with amazing local food - make sure you get the traditional meat and fish meze platters which are 20 courses and fantastic. Our fave restaurants we Ocean basket at the top of the road and turn right (ammmmazing mussels) & the Cypriot and French restaurants on the corner just before ocean basket. I can't remember the names of the other two (? Coralia) and there's one in the middle of the strip that looks quite traditional Greek and the food there was great too.
Bars - we didn't explore the nightlife but did notice there didn't seem to be much of it... but that was in April and going home at 10pm so maybe it kick starts later in the night/ season. The bars did look a bit down market to me though.
The beach - is 15 mins walk from the villa away from the strip. We preferred Corallia beach which is about 25 mins walk or hop on the 615 bus. If you eat at corralia hotel (sea view restaurant) you can use their pool too. This beach has a few little coves with shallow water which is good for toddlers.
We also got the bus (615) -€1.50pp into paphos and went to see the archeological site there (not pram friendly) and the harbour which was a nice day out.

In summary -you can't fault the villa at all. If you want a peaceful, relaxing break with some good food this is the place to be. My only negative points were the town itself isn't very upmarket, the beaches aren't very big & the restaurants don't have a sea view, but you can hire a car or get the bus very easily & actually it is nice that the area is on the smaller quieter side so I would definitely recommend it!

Thanks for a great stay Sophie xx

“Lovely family villa in perfect location”
Reviewed April 18, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Great pool and villa amenities, with spacious rooms and well equipped. Seaview, with access directly from the villa. Within walking distance to shops, restaurarants, sandy beach. Would recommend and visit again.

“Great location, beautiful Villa = Excellent holiday”
Reviewed August 21, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Had 2 weeks in July staying here, what a lovely place.
Let's start with the view - WOW ! Sea 30 metres down at the bottom of the garden, beautiful view out to sea & across the bay.
Location - literally 5 minutes walk to "the strip", lots of restaurants & bars, yet far enough away to be very peaceful. Can catch a bus (air conditioned) here to Paphos, dropping off at the harbour (1.5 euros, 2 euro at evening time).
The villa - beautiful, well equipped and maintained.
Met by Sophie who led us to the villa, Sophie was very helpful and kind.
Close enough to walk round to Coral Bay beach for a beach day, but with pool & view like this, who needs a beach ?

We stayed in the Villa Rozalia for a week and had a lovely time. It was heaven to wake up to the beautiful view and also have the option to swim in the sea or in the beautiful pool. The location is great - within walking distance to Coral Bay beach if one is looking for an actual beach day. Lots of restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Paphos, but really easy to get to by bus or rental car. We drove from Larnaca and Sophie met us and we followed her to the villa. She was lovely to work with and very kind and gracious.
